WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF STATISTICIAN / SOCIAL WORKER / DATA ENTRY OPERATOR under NCRP – HBCR-POCSS – REGIONAL CANCER CENTRE, JIPMER
DATE: 11-12-2014 (11th December 2014)
Time: 10:00am to 12:00 noon
Venue: Exam Hall, IV Floor – JIPMER Academic Centre, JIPMER Campus, Puducherry – 6.
Instruction to Candidates:
** Candidates are instructed to check their email address for correctness. If any error found please email the correct email address with the roll number to hbcr.jipmer@gmail.com
** Candidates are instructed to fill the details in Hall Ticket (to be downloaded from JIPMER Website – HBCR hall ticket), write correct roll number in the box, address etc., and paste passport size photograph attested with gazette officer.
** Candidates are instructed to fill the hall ticket details with blue pen only (Typing not allowed)
** The candidate is required to enter the Examination Hall 30 minutes before the prescribed time of the commencement of the Examination. No candidate shall be admitted to the Examination Hall after TEN minutes of the schedule time of commencement of examination.
** The candidate should bring his/her own pen.
** Photographs without attestation in the hall ticket are not valid and candidates are not allowed for exam.
** No candidate shall be allowed to use or even to keep with him/her his/her own tables/books/charts/electric slide rules/Logarithmic tables, etc. in the Examination Hall and if he/she does so he/she will be penalized.
** Calculator, Mobile phones, pagers or other communication devices are not allowed inside the premises where the examination is being conducted. Candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones/pagers to the venue of the examination, as arrangements for their safekeeping cannot be assured.
** No candidate shall leave the Examination Hall without prior permission of the Invigilator/Supervisor for any purpose, whatsoever.
** Travelling and other expenses must be borne by the candidate himself/herself. The institute do not make arrangements for boarding and lodging of the candidate.
** Individual email has being sent for the candidates for information.
