Download Admit Card of Written Test on 07/12/2014 (Sunday) for the post of 250 “Nurse Grade – II”
Admit Cards of candidates who have applied for the post of Nurse Grade – II are available on the website of the institute.
Procedure :
Fields marked with*must be entered
1) Select Exam Name
2) Enter Application No (Only Digits i.e 00001234)
3) Enter Date Of Birth
4) Click on Download Button
The same can be downloaded after giving details of Application Number and date of birth as given at the time of application. Admit cards are also being sent by post to all candidates at the address provided in the application form.
Those candidates who have not received the admit card or who are unable to download the admit card from the website, may contact personally on 6th December 2014 between 11:00 AM and 01:00 PM.
