Blank Admit Card Format for written examination to the post of Overseer (Civil) and Pharmacist(T)
NON-AVAILABILITY OF ADMIT CARD FOR THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION OF OVERSEER (CIVIL) AND PHARMACIST(T) TO BE CONDUCTED ON 15th & 23rd November,2014 at Asansol.
Referring to ECL’S EMPLOYMENT NOTICE ECL/CMD/Recruit/Overseer(Civil) /21/14/441 dated 15.10.14 and ECL/CMD/C-6/Recruit/Pharmacist/20/493 dated 22.10.2014, we have received queries regarding the non-availability of Identity Card for the written examination of Overseer(Civil) and Pharmacist(T) to be conducted on 15th November,2014 (Saturday) and 23rd November,2014(Sunday) respectively at Asansol, inspite of the fact that the admit cards of the eligible candidates, whose names were uploaded at ECL website, were already dispatched by post.
This notice is specifically notified for those concerned eligible candidates, who have not received the ADMIT CARD. The concerned candidates should bring 2(two) duly filled up forms, signed by the candidate and signed with seal by a gazetted officer (Sample of the form given below as Annexure-I. The candidate should produce this certificate at the gate of Examination Hall and as and when the invigilators/authorized persons demand for it.
Instructions for written examination:
** Candidates will have to report at the Examination Center half an hour before the scheduled time.
** Candidate will have to show Admit Card at the time of entering the Examination Hall.
** Pen, Pencil and Eraser etc. are to be brought by the candidate himself.
** Mobile Phone would not be allowed to use in the examination Hall. If any candidate is found using the mobile phone in the examination hall then the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled.
** Candidate will not be allowed to enter into examination Hall with Book, Papers or any type of belongings.
** The Admit Card is issued provisionally subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility criteria.
** No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing the Written Test.
** Written test exam will consist of 50 marks multiple choice questions and the syllabus for written test will consist of General Knowledge and questions from respective trade/Subject.
** Candidates are required to produce valid photo identity proof in the examination hall.(Viz. Voter ID, Pass port, PAN Card, Nationalized Bank Pass Book, Adhar Card, Driving License )
** Qualifying marks in written examination for Gen Candidates is 50 % and for SC/ST/OBC 40% of total marks of written examination subject to ratio of 1:3 against vacancies.
** The candidates are required to answer by darkening only one circle with Black/Blue Ball Point Pen only in the OMR sheet provided to them. If one or more circle is darkened, the question will not be evaluated.
