Selection Criteria
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of written, physical and interview round.
Written Test:
The written test will be of 100 Marks for 2 hours. The written test be of 12th level. The questions in General Science will be of 10th level or equivalent. The questions in rest papers will be of 12th level. The exam will be bilingual.
Physical Eligibility Test:
Those who will qualify in the written test will be called for Physical Eligibility Test. The criteria for the physical test for both papers is given below.

Pay Scale:
Candidates selected as Forester through Bihar CSBC Forester Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300 per month.

About CSBC:
Central Selection Board of Constable is an organization under Government of Bihar to recruit constables for police force in the state of Bihar. The board is headed by a three-star rank Additional Director General or Director General level police officer. Current chairman of the commission is K.S. Dwivedi.
Central Selection Board of Constable was created by the Governor of Bihar in 2008 by making amendments to Bihar Police Manual. This amendment instituted the board and gave it the power to conduct written as well as physical fitness examinations and create the merit list according to the merits of the applicants and the rules of reservation.
