Instructions to Candidates:
** The Admit Card, Question Paper and OMR Answer Sheet must be handed over to the Room Invigilator. Please note down your Roll Number and Application number for future reference and keep a photo copy with you as this Admit Card will be collected from you at the time of written test.
** You are being allowed to appear in written test provisionally, subject to receipt and verification of all your documents, hence, before appearing in this written test, you must ensure that you fulfil the eligibility and other norms mentioned in the advertisement, as on the specified dates and the particulars furnished by you in your application are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of selection process, that you do not fulfil the eligibility norms and / or that you have furnished any incorrect/false information or have suppressed any material fact(s), your candidature will automatically stand cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is/are detected at time of or before the interview or even after appointment, your candidature will be cancelled/services are liable to be terminated without any notice.
** Request for change of Test Centre/Test Date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
** You may kindly note that no travelling expenses will be admissible for appearing in the written test.
** Please note that MCL will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the Admit Card on account of postal Department.
** Please ensure that you bring with you blue or black ball point pen for appearing in the written test.
** Do not bring mobile phones/scanning devices/ Electronic Gadgets to the examination centre. Please note that no arrangements for storing these will be made at the Exam Centre as these items are banned inside the Centre.
** In case of error in Name/ and Photo or in any other entry in Admit Card of the candidate, he/she can file an application in two copies with self attested copy of Admit Card and his photo Identity Card to MCL at two days before examination and such candidate shall be allowed to appear in the examination provisionally.
** You are being called for the Written Test based on details given by you / Employment Exchange.
** The Date, Time & Venue of Written Test is as per the Admit Card.
** You have to reach the examination centre at least 01 hour before the commencement time of examination.
** Production of photo identity card issued by Govt. of India/State Govt. like Voter ID card or Aadhaar card or Driving License or PAN card or Passport is mandatory for the candidate along with the admit card and call letter issued by MCL for allowing entry at the venue of the written test. Candidates will not be allowed to appear in the written test under any circumstances without showing their photo identity card as detailed above along with the original copy of Call Letter & Admit Card.
** Calling for Written Test does not guarantee for employment.
** The management reserves the right to cancel or postpone the examination without assigning any reason thereof.
** If the declaration given by you during application time is found to be false at any point of time, your candidature for the said post may be cancelled without further reference to you.
