2. The Admit Cards based on the prima facie information provided by the candidates in the online application have been dispatched to all the provisionally found eligible candidates at their registered emails address for the post of Junior Assistant (Fire Services), Assistant (Telephone), and Junior Assistant (Office).
3. The Admit Cards based on the prima facie information provided by the candidates in the application have been dispatched to all the provisionally found eligible candidates through registered post for the post of Sr. Assistant (Electronics) on 28th September, 2016.
4. The candidature of the candidates appearing in the examination is “Purely Provisional” subject to scrutiny of their documents at the time of verification of document after conduct of computer based test.
5. The candidates who have applied for the post of Jr.Asstt.(FS), Jr.Asstt.(O) and Asstt.(Telephone) may download their Admit Cards from AAI website
6. The “Facilitation Counter” shall be operational on 14PthP October, 2016 from 10.00 AM to 02.00 PM at Ground Floor, Regional Headquarter (NR), Operational Offices, Rangpuri, Gurgaon Road, New Delhi-110037 to address the concerns of the candidates and facilitate other examination related issues.
In case, there is any change in name, category, date of birth, etc, the candidates may submit their requests to the invigilator on the day of the examination.
7. Candidates are advised to read the instructions printed on the Admit Card/e-admit card carefully.
8. Possession and Use of items i.e. electronic devices such as Mobile Phone along with its accessories, Micro Phone, Blue tooth or any other Associated Accessories, Log Tables, pager, Digital Diary, Book/ Notes, etc. are strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall. If any candidate is found in possession of any of these devices / documents then his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled.
9. The details printed on the admit card/e-admit card must be checked by the candidate. In case your admit card mentions some other post / discipline or without photograph / signature then candidate is advised to personally report, one day before the conduct of examination at the ‘Facilitation Counter’ from 10.00 AM to 02.00 PM along with 2 passport size photographs and documentary evidence/proof so that necessary corrections are made and fresh admit card is issued accordingly.
