Hall ticket for the Written Test for the Recruitment of STAFF NURSE. The Date of Written Examination is 07.08.2016 from 10.00 AM to 12.00 AM

** The Hall ticket is to be printed in a single A4 size paper.
** Ensure that the hall ticket printed is clear and legible including the photograph so that admission to the exam centre is allowed.
** The Candidates are requested to verify the details such as Name,Date of Birth, Photograph etc in the Hall ticket and in case of any mistake may contact Directorate of Health Services over Phone at 03192-232723 .
** To download the Hall ticket, please provide the details such as Name , Father’s Name and Date of Birth and then click on “Submit” button” .
