To download call letter/admission ticket for document verification to be held on 20-07- 2016 (Wednesday) for the post of Asst. Station Master (GDCE) in PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs. 2800 against Employment Notice No. 03/2015 dated 01-05- 2015 on SWR

As a result of Written examination conducted on 17-04-2016 and Psycho/Aptitude Test conducted on 22-06-2016 & 23-06-2016 for filling up of vacancies of Assistant Station Master in PB1 Rs.5200-20200+GP 2800/- against General Department Competitive Examination (GDCE), the list of successful candidates who are eligible to be called for the Document verification is uploaded in the RRC’s website rrchubli.in.
Division/Unit wise list of candidates called for Document Verification is enclosed.
The candidates may verify their status for their eligibility and ineligibility to appear for Document verification by entering their Roll No. and Date of Birth in the RRC website rrchubli.in. The eligible candidates may download the call letter from the RRC website.
Accordingly, the candidates are called for Document Verification (DV) on 20.07.2016 (Wednesday) at 9.30 hrs in the Office of Railway Recruitment Cell, 2nd floor, Old GM’s Office Complex, Club Road, Keshwapur, Hubli -580 023.
The candidates who are called for Document verification (DV) are advised to bring with them all the certificates (as applicable) in original as mentioned below:
1. Proof of Date of Birth (10th or Metric Pass certificate).
2. Proof of Educational qualification prescribed for the category/post.
3. Latest caste certificate in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC communities.
4. One set of self attested Photostat copies of the Original Certificates.
