** Candidates are directed to download their Admit Card cum Calling Letter from the district website (eastkhasihills.gov.in). Admit card cum Calling Letter can be downloaded w.e.f. 27th May 2016 to 9th June 2016.

** In case, any technical problem arises for downloading the admit card, candidates are requested to contact the DSC branch at the O/o The Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong during working hours.

** A list of rejected candidates has been displayed at the district website and office Notice Board. Candidates may file their Claims/Objections till 3rd June 2016 after which the office will not entertain any claims/objections.

** It may be noted that a candidate will be permitted to take the run only as per the batch indicated in the Admit Card. A candidate failing to report at the designated place and time, will be disqualified. Candidates are directed to produce ID proof, preferably EPIC identity card at the reporting venue.

** Candidates resorting to unfair means will be disqualified.
** The decision for disqualification taken by the District Selection Committee will be final.
