“e-Call Letters-Cum-Admission Slip” – for the Main Written Examination scheduled to be held on Sunday, April 24, 2016, for filling up vacancies in the cadre of District Judge, by promotion through Limited Competitive Examination of Senior Civil Judges (10%)

(i) You are being called to appear the ‘Written Examination’ subject to your eligibility, according to the High Court Notice dated 28/01/2016 and ‘The Gujarat State Judicial Rules, 2005’, as amended from time to time.
At any stage, if it is found that any of the conditions of eligibility is not fulfilled, your candidature will be cancelled, regardless of the fact that you are called to appear at the ‘Written Examination’ and you have qualified thereat.
(ii) Without the ‘Print-out’ of the ‘e-Call letter-cum-Admission Slip’, appearance in Main Written Examination shall not be permitted.
(iii) This Call letter shall be returned to the Invigilator concerned, intact. As the Call letter is required to be submitted to the Official concerned, intact, the Candidate, is advised to retain a photocopy of the Call letter for his/her own records.
(iv) Please bring identity proof i.e. either Card issued by the Principal District Judge / High Court, or in the alternative, PAN Card / Card issued by Election Commission / Aadhar Card/ Driving License, in original, alongwith the Call Letter, at the time of appearing for the Examination.
(v) Answer to Questions shall be written in English, if not instructed otherwise, with Black or Blue Ball point Pen only (Gel Pens are strictly prohibited).
(vi) Mobile Cellular Phone / Tablet / Laptop / Calculator / Bluetooth Device or any other electronic gadget are strictly prohibited not only in the ‘Examination Hall’, but please note that entry in the ‘Examination Centre’ itself, shall not be permitted to those candidates, in possession of such electronic gadget.
No arrangements for ‘safe keeping’, will be arranged, which may please be noted. If, however, anybody is caught with “Prohibited items”, he/she shall be expelled forthwith from the Examination Hall & “Prohibited Item”, confiscated.
(vii) No other materials or items, like Bags, Ladies-Purse, Books, etc., will be allowed in the premises of the Examination Centre.
(viii) Entry in the Examination Hall after 10.30 a.m. shall not be permitted.
(ix) No one shall leave the Examination Hall without prior permission of the Invigilator and without handing over the Examination materials to the Invigilator.
(x) Decision of the Authority concerned, for the purpose of entry, shall be final.
