Paper I -Physics, Chemistry & Biology 9.00 A.M. to 12 Noon
Paper II – Gandhian Thought 2. 00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M.

i) Enter your 5 digit Application No. (e.g.00001)
ii) Enter Date of Birth(DDMMYY)(e.g. 010195)
iii) Click on Submit Button

General Instructions:

1. Admission to M.B.B.S. course of this Institute is made according to the rules and regulations of MGIMS run by Kasturba Health Society, Sevagram.

These rules are subject to alterations, amendments and modifications as may be considered necessary from time to time as per directions from Supreme Court, MCI, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik and the competent authorities of K.H.S / MGIMS.

2. Check your particulars in the Admit Card carefully, Report error, if any, immediately to the Admission Cell, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, Wardha, Maharashtra.

3. No entry is permitted to the examination hall without the Admit Card. The Admit Card should be preserved till completion of admission process.

4. The candidate must show, on demand the admit card for admission in the examination hall. A candidate who does not possess the admit card issued by MGIMS shall not be allowed to the examination hall under any circumstances.

The candidate must show, on demand the identification mark mentioned by him/her in the box 16b of the application form to confirm his/her identity.

5. The time of reporting by the candidate at examination hall shall be 8.30 AM for paper I and 1.30 PM for paper II.

6. Candidates will be allowed to enter till half an hour after the commencement of examination. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall till 2 hours after the commencement of examination.

7. The candidate should bring a Black ball point or gel pen for writing / marking responses. Use of pencil is not allowed.
8. Books, notes, handbags, tiffin boxes, purses or any other articles are not allowed in the examination hall.
9. Candidates seeking admission to MGIMS shall be required to appear in all subjects in the Entrance Examination.
10. The Medium of language for all question papers will be English only.

11. The candidates appearing in the Examination shall follow the usual rules and regulation of University/ Board Examination. Candidates adopting unfair means shall be expelled from the Examination Hall and debarred from appearing in the future examinations of the Institute.

12. Candidates must sign on the attendance card. Signatures of the candidates must tally with that on the attendance card. If they do not tally the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination and is liable to be charged for impersonation.

13. Candidates must ensure that they occupy the seat bearing their roll number only.
14. The Answer sheets have preprinted roll numbers. Candidates should ensure that they have received answer sheet bearing his/ her roll number only.
15. Cell phone, calculator and any electronic device are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.

16. Candidate should ensure before leaving the Examination hall that he/ she has handed over the answer sheet and question booklet of morning session to the invigilator on duty and that he/she has signed the attendance card.

In case it is not done, this shall amount to use of unfair means and practices and his/ her case shall be dealt with accordingly.

17. Admission to the Competitive Entrance Test is provisional and subject to the conditions that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature will be cancelled.

18. Any point of dispute arising out of anything connected with the Institute and its activities including admission will be subject to jurisdiction of Wardha Court.
