Download Admit card for the written test for engagement to the post of Data Entry Operator under Tamralipta Municipality
He/She is here by allowed to appear in the written test for engagement to the post of DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (on contractual) to be held on 20-02-2016 from 12 Noon to 12.30 p.m. at Tamralipta College, Tamluk, Dist: Purba Medinipur, West Bengal.
He/She should report to the Officer-in-Charge of the Examination Centre by 11.30 a.m.
The question paper will be MCQ type with full marks of 20 consisting of English – 5, Arithmetic –5, General Knowledge – 5, Reasoning – 5 marks.
** He/She will have to bring his own pen / ball-point pen (with black / blue ink ) and instrument box with him / her. Answer script or supplementary sheets, if required, will be supplied from this end. Mobile Phone, Calculator Pager or any type of Electronic Gadget of communication will not be allowed inside the examination hall.
** He/she shall write his/her name and roll no. at the space provided at the Top Sheet of the answer script only. If he/she writes his/her name and / or Roll No. at any part of the answer script or supplementary sheets other than the space provided for this purpose, his / her answer sheet will be summarily cancelled without evalution.
** He/she will affix his/her self attested photograph at the space provided for this purpose in this letter. If it is not done he / she would not be allowed to sit in the examination hall. He/she must also bring a photo bearing Identity Card like EPIC / PAN / AADHAAR / any other documents issued by competent Government authority.
** Admission to the Examination Hall will not be allowed after 10 minutes of its commencement. No candidate will be allowed to leave the Examination Hall until the examination is completed.
** All applicants who appear to be prima facie eligible are provisionally permitted to appear for the examination. If at any stage it is found that an applicant is otherwise ineligible his / her candidature will be automatically cancelled even if he / she appeared at the examination and secured a position in the merit list.
** Date of Computer Test & Personality Test and Final Result will be intimated to the successful candidates and same will also be published in the Notice Board of District Magistrate Office, Zilla Parishad Office, SDOs Office as well as in the website of D.M. Purba Medinipur (purbamedinipur.gov.in).
** No TA/DA shall be permissible for this purpose.
** He /she shall produce this Admit card at the examination centre. Under no circumstances admission will be allowed without the Admit Card.
** This letter is to be treated as provisional Admit Card and being issued without checking original records and testimonials. It will be done in due course and if it is found at that time that he/she is not otherwise eligible his/her candidature will be treated as cancelled, even if he / she appeared at the examination and secured a position in the merit list.
** Candidate found adopting or attempting to adopt any type of unfair means during the hours of examination will be liable to punishment as the Selection Committee, Purba Medinipur deem fit to impose.
