Call letter for the Written Examination for the post of Data Manager [Purely contractual] in the Blocks / Sub-Division Under District Project Management Unit, Kanyashree Prakalpa, Bankura
With reference to your application for the above engagement in response to the advertisement published in the newspapers and in the Bankura District’s website i.e. bankura.gov.in for data Manager in Blocks/Sub- Division under District Project Management Unit, Kanyashree Prakalpa, Bankura. You are hereby requested to appear for the written examination on the above mentioned date, time and venue.
Please bring this call letter in original with duly self attested photo affixed thereon and a photo identity proof in original producing in the examination hall. THIS IS ESSENTIAL. Candidate must report at the examination venue within 11 A.M. on 07/02/2016. Candidate arriving after the above mentioned time will not be entertained by any means. The candidate’s photograph affixed with the call letter should match on one affixed on the application form failing which the candidature will be cancelled.
INSTRUCTIONS TO BE READ CAREFULLY:
** THIS CALL LETTER DOES NOT OFFER ANY TYPE EMPLOYMENT IN DPMU, BANKURA.
** CHANGE OF TIME & VENUE OF THE EXAMINATION WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
** The candidate must bring the original call letter along with photo identity proof such as – Voter Card / Pan Card / Driving License / Bank Passbook with Photograph / UID Card (AADHAR) / Passport or any Photo Identity Issued by the Competent. Authority to proof their Identity.
** No candidate is allowed to bring any electronic gadget i.e. Mobile Phone / Calculator or any mode of wireless communication system even is switched off mode inside the exam hall. If found in possession the candidature will be cancelled.
** DPMU, Bankura will not be responsible for any type of loose or / safe custody of any type of belongings of the candidate.
** Any candidate who is found copying, giving, receiving assistance or using any other unfair means during the examination will be disqualified at once. DPMU, Bankura will not responsible for disqualification.
** Exam should be written in Black ball point pen only.
** Duration of Written Exam. 90 Minutes.
** No TA / DA or any other allowances are admissible. Result of written test will be uploaded in the Bankura District’s website i.e. bankura.gov.in
