Instructions :

** The Candidate must check the ADMISSION CERTIFICATE carefully immediately after receiving it. If any discrepancies come to the notice he/she is requested to communicate the Directorate of sericulture, Assam, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 during office hours for rectification Candidate should bring the photocopy of testimonials as asked in the advertisement.

** The Candidate must bring the ADMISSION CERTIFICATE given by the Directorate of Sericulture, Assam in his/her name and to show the same to the invigilator of the respective Examination Hall in the Centre.
** The Candidate must bring two copies of recent PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS to paste in ATTENDANCE SHEET in presence of the Invigilator of the respective Examination Hall.

** The Candidate must bring PHOTO IDENTITY PROOF of SELF in Original for identification/Verification.
** The Candidate must bring Good Quality Black Ball Point Pen only for the Examination.

** The Candidate should reach the Examination Centre before half an hour from the specified time of examination. He/She will be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall after 20 minutes of the commencement of Examination.

** The Candidate shall be allowed to admit in the Examination Hall (Roll No. wise examination hall will be displayed near the entrance of the respective Centre) of the specified centre given by the Directorate in the ADMISSION CERTIFICATE only. He/she shall not be allowed to admit in other Examination Centre/Hall.

** The Candidate must abide by the instructions given by the Examination Supervisors or invigilators, failing which the Candidate will be liable to face such punishment as the Directorate of Sericulture, Assam may decide.

** The following items are strictly prohibited and not allowed to bring with the Candidate
i. Mobile Phone, Cell Phone, Pager or any other Electronic Devices.
ii. Book, Magazine, News Paper. Rough Paper. Loose Paper, Log Table, etc. except Admission Certificate
iii. Pencil, Drawing Pencil, Colour Pencil, Eraser, Sharpener, Rollers Scale, Drawing Box, Instrument Box, Calculator, etc. except Good Quality Black Ball Point Pen.
