To download the Admission Certificates for Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam, 2015 scheduled to be held on 15/11/2015 only.For the candidates who will be called for the exam on 20/12/2015 downloading facility will be provided in 1st week of December, 2015.

Examination Date : 15th November & 20th December 2015.

Procedure :

i) Please enter your 11 digit Registration Id starting with ‘5’
ii) Please enter your Date of Birth
iii) Click on “Download” Button

If you do not know your Registration Id,
i) Enter your Name (first four characters)
ii) Enter your father’s Name (first four characters)
iii) Please enter your Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
iv) Click on “Download” Button
