Procedure :
i) Enter Name

iii) Click on Submit Button
(i) Call letters to all the successful candidates have been despatched separately, despite of that if any of the candidate does not get his/her call letter then he/she may directly attend the documents verification as per schedule, along with a passport size photograph & attendance slip of written examinations. Call letter may be downloaded from RRB Ajmer website
(ii) The number of candidates called for documents verification are more than the number of vacancies. Calling of extra candidates over and above the number of vacancies at the time of documents verification is primarily to avoid shortfall in the panel and merely calling a candidate for documents verification does not, in any way, entitle the candidate to an appointment in the railways.
(iii) Candidates should invariably bring all original certificates (with one set of photocopies) in support of their date of birth (i.e. Matriculation/High School Examination Certificate) education/Technical qualification, caste certificate (SC/ST candidates must bring original of which photo copy enclosed with application form and also on prescribed form as annexure -3 of CEN) Candidate belonging to OBC must bring latest OBC caste certificate (not more than 6 months old) on the prescribed form as per Annexure -4 of CEN, and self declaration regarding non – Crème layer status in the prescribed format as Annexure -5 of CEN (iv) Candidate belonging to minorities clamming waiver of examination fee should submit ‘minority community declaration’ affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper that he/she belongs to minority community at the time of documents verification.
(v) Economically backward classes candidate clamming waiver of examination fee by enclosing photo copy of income certificate along with application form should submit original income certificate on the prescribed format on the letter head of the issuing authority at the time of documents verification as per Annexure- 7 of CEN.
(vi) Candidate working in Railway/Military/Central/ State Govt. or in any Public Sector undertaking should submit original “No objection Certificate”. Failure to submit NOC at the time of DV will be liable for rejection of candidature.
(vii) Ex Serviceman candidate should bring their discharge certificate/book in original along with self attested a set of Photostat copies and submit the appropriate certificate issued by competent authority for the equivalency of their education qualification.
(viii) If candidate fails to submit required original documents/certificates at the time of documents verification action shall be taken to treat their candidature ineligible and no further time will be given for submission of certificate. While every precaution have been taken in preparing the above result, Railway Recruitment Board, Ajmer, reserve the right to rectify the errors and omissions, if any.
