For Downloading E-Call letter to appear for the GDCE(TE) written examination fixed to be held on 08/11/2015 against GDCE notification No.1/2015
** Accordingly, on submission of representations by the candidates, the same have been examined and a final eligibility list is now published in the RRC website rrchubli.in. The candidates may verify their final application status for their eligibility and ineligibility to appear for written examination in the website by entering their Registration ID and Date of Birth.
** The eligible candidates are hereby alerted to be in readiness to appear for the GDCE (TE) examination which is fixed to be held on 08-11-2015 (Sunday) at Hubli, Bangalore & Mysore centres.
** The eligible candidates may verify the RRC website rrchubli.in with regard to downloading the e-Call Letters, venue and other related instructions of the examination which will be advised in due course.
** It may be noted that, e-Call Letters will not be sent to the eligible candidates through post. The e-Call Letters are downloadable and the eligible candidates may download the same through website of RRC, Hubli i.e., rrchubli.in. The downloading of e-Call Letters will be open from 19.10.2015 onwards. The facility of downloading e-Call Letters will be closed at 23.59 hours on 07.11.2015.
** The candidates should take the hard copy of the downloaded e-Call Letters and present the same before the concerned authorities during the examination; failing which such candidates will not be allowed for writing the examination.
** The concerned Supervisors should issue passes to the candidates attending the written examination along with relieving letter.
** For any doubts/clarifications, the candidates may “contact us” on the helpline numbers mentioned in the RRC website.
** Wide publicity may be given for the same.
