Downloading of Admit Cards from the official website of Service Selection Board w.e.f 11th of October 2015 onwards for appearing in Objective Type Written Test to be conducted on 17th and 18th of October 2015

Through the medium of present notice, all the aspiring candidates who are appearing in the Objective Type Written Test to be conducted on 17th and 18th of October 2015, are hereby informed that, they must download their admit cards from the official website of the J&K Service Selection Board (jkssb.nic.in).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING ADMIT CARDS :
Visit the official website of the Board, Click on “Download Admit Card for Examination on 17th and 18th of October 2015.” It may be noted that the candidate has to mention his/her examination date then his/her Name, Father’s name and date of Birth mentioned on the application form for downloading the Admit Card, besides, they can also download their admit card from their respective user accounts.

A Complete list of applicants, who are appearing in Examination being held on 17th and 18th of October 2015, is also available on the official website of the Board.

In case, if, the Admit Card does not have photograph or signature on it, paste a good quality photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer as was pasted in OMR sheet/uploaded on the online application form and make sure to sign at the space provided for signature; besides such candidate shall bring four same photographs along with at the time of written test.

In case of any discrepancy in the provisional Admit Card, candidate may contact the following:-
Administrative Officer, J&K Services Selection Board, Opposite B.S.F Gate Paloura in case of Jammu (Province) based candidates and Central Office of the J&K Services Selection Board, Zum Zum Building Rambagh Srinagar in case of Kashmir (Province) based candidates.

Note:
Candidates are advised to check Particulars in the Admit Card as per their Application. In case of any discrepancy or the application of the candidate is shown as ‘Please contact JKSSB’, the Candidate should contact respective District Units of J&K SSB from Employment and counselling Centres of the Concerned district with copy of confirmation page of application submitted to the JKSSB and details of dispatch i.e. name of the Post Office, date of dispatch, Original Receipt of Postal dispatch, Photostat Copy of Confirmation Page, fee payment details/copy of Challan and Two original Photograph as pasted on the confirmation page.

If your admit card does not have photo or signature, Kindly paste a good quality photograph duly attested by the Gazetted officer as was pasted in OMR sheet and make sure you sign at the space provided for signature. The Candidate also brings one photograph for attendance sheet at the time of written test.

In case of any discrepancy in Admit card, Candidate may contact the following:
Respective District Units of J&K SSB at Employment and Counselling Centres of the concerned district HQ.
For candidates of district Jammu and District Kashmir may contact Divisional offices of J&K SSB Situated at Paloura Opposite BSF Gate Jammu and Parray Pora Srinagar respectively.
