Written test in connection with engagement of Data entry operator(DEO) in Treasuries under Nadia district
In connection with engagement of data entry operator in treasuries under Nadia district , you have been selected as a valid candidate and you are to appear at the written test to be held on 22/11/2015 at 11-00 am at Bipradas Pal Choudhury Institute of Technology,Nabadwip Road, Krishnagar, Nadia. You must bring this call letter along with you.
Please follow the necessary instructions which shall strictly be maintained :-
I. Time provided for the examination is one and half hours.
II. In the examination there will 70 nos. of MCQ on English, Arithmetic and General Knowledge.
III. Candidates should report at-least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination i.e. at 10:30 am.
IV. No Candidate will be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall after 11-15 A.M.
V. Candidates are instructed to come with a photo bearing identity documents such as EPIC / PAN Card / Driving License etc. During the examination the invigilator will check the documents to satisfy him / her about the identity of each candidate. The decision of the invigilator will be final.
VI. Candidates are advised in their own interest not to carry any of personal computational devices, Bluetooth devices , cell phones, any electronic gadgets etc. to the venue of the examination as such devices are strictly prohibited in the examination hall and arrangement for safe keeping of the same cannot be assured.
VII. Candidates must not carry any textual material printed or written, bits of papers , any electronic gadgets except the documents mentioned.
VIII. The candidates are not allowed to go out of the room temporarily for any reason during the test duration and any attempt in this behalf is treated as one of the ground of dismissal
IX. For those who are unable to appear on the scheduled date of the examination for any reason , his candidature will be treated as cancelled.
X. Candidates should keep this admit card secured, because no further communication will be made by post from this end for computer test / viva voce.
XI. No T.A. is admissible for the purpose.
