Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery – Counselling Schedule and Call Letter Download.
Procedure :
i) Enter Registration Number (Application number assigned by University)
ii) Enter Date of Birth eg. dd-mm-yyyy
iii) Click on “Enter” Button
Issue of Counselling call letter or attending counselling does not guarantee Admission to Programmes. Admission depends on rank and availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
Candidates can download the Couselling call letter from 24.08.2015 onwards from the official website by entering their Registration number (ie. OMR/Application number given by the University) and Date of Birth.
Candidates are advised to be present in the Counselling session, one hour before the scheduled time, with their original certificates for verification.
Candidate should bring the originals and 2 sets of photocopies of the following Certificates / Documents while attending counselling.
1. 10th Mark sheet
2. HSC / Equivalent Mark sheet
3. Transfer Certificate
4. Permanent Community Certificate Card for ST, SC, SCA, MBC & DNC, BC and BCM
5. Nativity Certificate (if applicable)
6. Income Certificate (if applicable)
7. Recent Passport Size Photographs (3 Numbers)
8. First Graduate Certificate and First Graduate Joint Declaration (if applicable)
