Important Instructions For All Candidates :
1. Candidate has to bring Originals of all Certificates / Testimonials pertaining to age, qualification, caste, post qualification experience etc. One set of self attested photocopies of all Certificates / Testimonials may also be brought for submission.
2. Candidate may note that the call for ‘Interview’ is provisional and is subject to verification / scrutiny of all Certificates / Testimonials pertaining to age, qualification, caste, post qualification experience etc.
3. Candidate shall be permitted to attend the Interview only if all the required documents are found to be in order.
4. Please note that during subsequent verification of certificates / testimonials /documents / proofs pertaining to age, caste, educational qualifications, post qualification experience, type of industry worked etc, in case the verification reveals contrary to your claim, your candidature will be summarily rejected at any stage of the selection process without any further notice to you.
5. Please ensure that you fulfill all the eligibility criteria as stipulated in our detailed Advertisement, hosted on our website iocl.com in Feb-Mar’2015. In case you are not meeting any of the criteria, you are advised not to attend the interview.
6. Candidates called for interview shall be required to come prepared and make their own arrangement for stay at Mathura for 2/3 days, because in the event of their selection they shall be required to undergo medical examination at Mathura Refinery Hospital on the next day.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS ONLY FOR CANDIDATES MARKED AS ‘YES’ AGAINST ‘LARGE INDUSTRY EMPLOYER CERTIFICATE REQUIRED’
Candidate has to produce a certificate issued by his employer as a proof of service in Large Industrial Unit as per following definition of ‘Large Industrial Unit’ : ‘Large Industrial Unit’ means Industrial enterprises whose investment in plant & machineries must be exceeding Rs. 10 crore, but should not exceed Rs. 100 crore in fixed capital investment and is in possession of IEM / Letter of Intent / Industrial License issued by competent authority for this purpose and also in possession of Commercial Production Certificate issued by competent authority after commencement of commercial production.
