This is to inform all registered candidates that, the Computer Based Test (CBT) for following posts will be held on 23.08.2015:

i. MT-Company Secretary
ii. MT-Corporate Relation
iii. MT-Junior Finance
iv. Asst Medical Technician
v. Junior Telecom Technician
vi. Stenographer Grade-III

The candidates are requested to download their Admit Card from our website optcl.co.in.

The date of Computer Based Test (CBT) for Junior Maintenance & Operator Trainee (JMOT) will be notified later on. Candidates are requested to visit OPTCL website optcl.co.in from time to time for further update.

To download the admit card (Other than JMOT) :
i) Enter Registration No.
ii) Enter Date of Birth ( Day MMM YYYY)
iii) Enter Captcha
iv) Click on Login Button

ONLINE DEMO TEST :
Before you proceed with the ONLINE DEMO TEST, please read the instructions as follows:
Please log in for registration by entering your name and emailid
Successful log in for registration will enable you to appear the DEMO TEST.
The set of questions in ONLINE DEMO TEST are same for all posts and are sample questions only.
The set of questions has been framed in order to make you familiar with the Computer Based Test (CBT).
All the questions are MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) only.
You will find two sets of ONLINE DEMO TEST including a Mini DEMO Test of 20 minutes and a FULL DEMO Test of 210 minutes (180+30 minutes).

The CBT Will comprise of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in two sections followed by a Psychometric Test as Mentioned Below:

Section-I : Subject Knowledge-120 questions
Section-II : Numerical/Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge & English Knowledge-80 questions
Psychometric Test : 50 objective type questions

The ONLINE DEMO TEST is designed in such a manner that you will get an idea about the CBT.

The ONLINE DEMO TEST has two sections:
Tutorial page comprising ONLINE TEST instructions in order to provide an overview of the Examination User interface; and
A fully functional practice Test to familiarize you with the CBT well in advance.
The questions in the Practice Test are sample questions only and will not appear in the CBT.

Step 1 :: Process at Examination centre :
On completion of formalities (photo capture and finger print) at registration desk, you will be directed to your allotted computer system.

Once you are seated at your allotted system, you will see your photographs (that you uploaded at the time of filling on-line application form and the one that will be taken on the day of the examination).

Once the details appear on the screen, you can click on Continue button.
