ADMIT CARDS FOR MEGHALAYA MEDICAL ENTRANCE TEST, 2015-16 WILL BE ISSUED FROM THE 13TH JULY, 2015 TO THE 17TH JULY 2015 DURING OFFICE HOURS

Time of Examination: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
REGULATIONS FOR GUIDANCE OF EXAMINEES :
01. The Examination Hall will be opened at 9:30 AM.
02. Candidates are requested to find their own allotted seats. They shall take their seats at least 5 minutes before the time for distribution of the question papers.
03. The Test Booklet will be distributed to all candidates at 9:45 AM to allow the Candidate to go through the instructions and the OMR Answer Sheet will be distributed to all candidates at 9:55 AM so as to enable the candidates to start writing by 10:00 AM sharp.
04. In no case will a candidate be admitted in to the Examination Hall, or be given a question paper after 10:30 AM.
05. Each candidate shall write on the cover of the OMR Answer Sheet distinctly his/her roll number and in the space provided his/her name.
06. Candidates must not write any objectionable or improper remarks in their OMR Answer Sheet or attempt in any way to render identification of the OMR Answer Sheet. On no account should any page/paper be torn from the OMR Answer Sheet. Candidates must not write anything on the Admit Cards or on the question papers or carry away any writing or scribbling from the Examination Hall.
07. Candidates are required to bring their Admit Card into the Examination Hall and to produce it when required by the Officer-in-Charge/Invigilator. They are required to put their signatures on the attendance sheet as and when directed by the Officer-in-Charge.
08. Candidates are required to provide themselves with their own pen (black ball point) and Clip Board
09. Candidates are forbidden to carry into the Examination Hall or have in possession during hours of Test any printed matter or any writing or scribbling which may have a bearing on the subject of Test. Candidates are also prohibited from bringing into the Examination Hall mobile phones or any device used for communication with persons outside the Examination Hall. Any article carried into the Examination Hall or found in the possession of the candidate in contravention of these regulations shall be liable to be seized by the Officer-in-Charge,Officials and the candidate concerned shall be disqualified.
10. A candidate in the Examination Hall shall not in any manner help any other candidate or obtain any help in any manner from any candidates or other persons. Communication or help of any sort or any form is strictly forbidden between a candidate and any other persons whether inside or outside the Examination Hall. A candidate desiring permission to leave the room for necessary purpose or desiring to submit his/her OMR Answer Sheet may call the attention of the invigilator by standing up without making any noise or disturbance. On no account, a candidate is to speak to an invigilator for any matter with reference to any question or answer.
11. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Examination Hall until 11:00 AM except as provided herein. A candidate may with the special permission of the Officer-in-Charge leave the Examination Hall temporarily for a necessary purpose but only under the surveillance of a trustworthy person to be deputed by the Officer-in-Charge on his behalf and under proper safeguard, as a precaution against recourse to unfair means. A candidate having completed his OMR Answer Sheet must hand it over even if blank, to an invigilator before leaving the Examination Hall at the close of the Test or allow his OMR Answer Sheet to be collected by the invigilator.
12. Candidates are warned that any attempt to use unfair means at the Test or any breach of any of this or other Test regulations will render them liable to expulsion by the Officer-in-Charge.
13. Notwithstanding issue of the Admit Card, the Director of Health Services (MI) shall have the right for any reason which may appear to them sufficient to cancel the admission of any candidate to an examination either before, during or after the Test.
14. The decision of the appropriate authority in all the above cases shall be final.
15. Meghalaya Medical Entrance Test 2015 – Admit Card is very important for Entrance Test takers as it is mandatory to bring the same to the Test Centre and you must retain MMET-2015 Admit Card till your screening process is completed.
