INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION SCHEDULED TO BE HELD ON 28.06.2015
01. The candidates are required to bring Admit Card and currently valid photo identity proof in original. Please note that your name as appearing on the call letter(provided by you during the process of registration) should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. Female candidates who have changed first/last/middle name post marriage must take special note of this. If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the call letter and Photo Identity Proof you will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
02. You must report at the examination venue 30 minutes before the time as printed on the Admit Card.
03. No candidate will be permitted to appear in the examination after half an hour of the start of the examination.
04. Similarly candidates will not be permitted to leave examination hall before completion of exam period.
05. You must bring blue/black ball point pen with you.
06. Candidates to ensure that they have written their name and roll number at the proper place on the Question Paper and Answer Sheet correctly. Any mistake in writing Roll No. will lead to the loss of merit position & identification of the candidate.
07. Candidates should put their Left Thumb Impression clearly and sign in the respective space provided on the Admit Card in the presence of the Invigilator only.
08. You are called for the examination without verifying your personal details viz. age, qualification etc. with your certificates. Before appearing for the examination, you must ensure that you fulfill the eligibility criteria stipulated by the factory in its advertisement in all respects. However, the factory will take up the verification of eligibility conditions i.e. Essential Educational Qualification, category, Date of Birth etc. with reference to Original documents of the selected candidates.
09. TA will be paid to only SC and ST candidates as per existing Government of India instructions on production of railway/state transport bus ticket.
10. Your responses (answers) will be analysed with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been shared and score obtained are not genuine/valid, you candidature may be cancelled and/or result withheld.
11. Use of books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers, mobile phones etc. is not permitted in this examination. Candidates are advised not to bring any of the banned itmes including mobile phones/pagers to the venue of examination as safety arrangement cannot be assured. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means or malpractice or nay misconduct while appearing for the examination including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the examination will be disqualified. The candidate should be vigilant to ensure that no other candidate is able to copy form his/her answers.
12. Any request for change of post/date/centre/venue will not be entertained.
13. Candidates may please note that Admit Card does not constitute an offer of employment with Ordnance Factory Ambajhari.
14. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to their selection/recruitment shall be considered as DISQUALIFICATION.
15. Candidate must preserve his Admit Card for any future reference and identification in case of selection.
