You are provisionally permitted to appear for Written Test on 24 May 2015 (Sunday). Your candidature for this test is provisional and subject to your fulfilling educational qualification and other conditions as specified in the notification; subject to detailed scrutiny at later stage. Please affix on this Admit Card in the space provided two copies of the same photograph submitted with the Application Form with self-attested photographs. The Admit Card duly completed is to be produced at the test centre for appearing in the test. Admit Card will be verified and signed by the Invigilator during the test. The Invigilator will collect the Upper Half of the Admit Card and the Lower Half will be handed over to you. Please see reverse for Rules and Instructions

Dear Candidate,
** We thank you for responding to our advertisement for MBA (Tourism).

** You must bring this Admit Card duly completed along with Ball Point Pen, HB Pencils, Eraser and Sharpener to the test centre.

** You should reach the test centre / venue at the reporting time as mentioned overleaf. Latecomers will not be permitted to appear in the test.

** Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, calculator or mobile phones etc. in the Test Centre Campus. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.

** After the examination is over, hand over the question booklet and OMR answer sheet to the room invigilator. DO NOT carry the question booklet or any part thereof outside the examination hall. Doing so is a punishable offence.

** The duration of the test is of 2 hours. There are 100 objective type questions consisting of the areas (a) General Awareness (b) English Aptitude (c) Reasoning. Each question carries one mark. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

** The candidate appearing for the examination should ensure that he/she fulfill the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. The admission at all stages of the examination for which he/she is admitted viz Written Test/GD & PI/Document Verification will be purely provisional, subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility conditions as laid down in the guidelines. If on verification at any time before or after the Written Test/ GD & PI /Document Verification, it is found that the candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature for the examination shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference.

** Request for change of test centre / venue will not be entertained.

** For any legal dispute in this connection, jurisdiction will be restricted to High Court of Madhya Pradesh Bench at Gwalior.

** Mere receipt of this provisional admit card for entrance examination does not entitle the candidate for admission into the GD & PI /Document Verification of training programme.

** Details about GD & PI /Document Verification (time slot, batches, dates, etc.) and commencement of training programme will be displayed on the IITTM website iittm.net

** Candidate has to keep the lower portion of the admit card with him / her after being signed by the Invigilator and bring it along with him / her while appearing for the GD & PI /Document Verification, if short-listed.

** Traveling & other expenses will be borne by the candidate himself/herself.

** Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE OMR ANSWER SHEET :
Answer sheets are scanned by machine and scores are computed. Accuracy in scoring is dependent on the examinees marking their answer sheets properly. Therefore, accurate scoring is dependent on your strict adherence to the following instructions:

** OMR Answer Sheet will be in English language only. (Click here to view the sample)

** Each question has four answer options. Mark the answer option number by darkening the corresponding oval. Shade only ONE oval because in case of multiple shading of ovals, they will be treated as wrong.

** The method of shading the circles has been indicated in “Important Instructions” on Side 1 of the Answer Sheet and these must be strictly followed.

** If you wish to change any answer, erase completely the one already marked and darken the fresh oval with an HB pencil.

** Do not tear, bend or mutilate the Answer Sheet.
