How to Download Assam Police Admit Card for PST & PET?

Candidates will be able to download their Admit Cards for the PST & PET with effect from 23-09-2024 from the SLPRB website. To Download Admit Card for PST & PET follow the below steps
Steps :
Step-1 : Go to the link https://admit3200m.apcap.in/
Step-2 : Enter Phone No. / Application ID
Step-3 : Enter Date of birth
Step-4 : Click on “Login” Button.

Physical Standard Test & Physical Efficiency Test

PHYSICAL STANDARD TEST & PRELIMINARY MEDICAL CHECKUP:
documents are found correct, the Candidates will have to appear in the PST (Physical Standard Test). It will carry no marks. Measurement of the height, weight & chest ( chest measuring only male) of the Candidates will be done using latest technology and after which the Candidate will be examined by a Medical Officer for preliminary check-ups like knock knee, vision test, colour blindness test, flat foot,varicose vein, physical deformities etc. Once a Candidate clears the PST he/she will have to appear in the PET (Physical Efficiency Test).

PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST :
Candidates who clear PST, will be required to undergo PET. The PET consists of the following:
a) Male Candidates
i. Race: Those who qualify in the PST will be subjected to 3200 metres race to be completed within 14 minutes (840 seconds).
ii. Long Jump: Minimum 335 cm for long jump (3 chances to be given and the longest valid jump rounded off to the nearest cm will be considered for awarding marks).

b) Female Candidates
i. Race : Those who qualify in the PST will be subjected to 1600 metres race to be completed within 08 minutes .
ii. Long Jump: Minimum 244 cm for long jump (3 chances to be given and the longest valid jump rounded off to the nearest cm will be considered for awarding marks).

COMMON PST/PET FOR THE GIVEN ADVERTISEMENT :
1. Recruitment for 114 posts of Constable (UB) & 1 post of Constable (AB) backlog posts for Hills Tribe category in Assam Police
2. Recruitment of 1645 posts of Constable (UB), 2300 posts of Constable (AB) in Assam Police & 1 post of Constable (UB) in APRO
3. Recruitment for 204 posts of Constable of Police (Communication), 2 posts of Constable (Dispatch Rider), 2 posts of Constable (Messenger) & 2 posts of Constable (Carpenter) in APRO
4. Recruitment for 654 posts of Driver Constable in Assam Police
5. Recruitment for 58 posts of Boatman in Assam Police
6. Recruitment for 269 posts of Constable (Grade-III) under Directorate of Civil Defence and Home Guards, Assam
7. Recruitment for 262 posts of Constable of Police (Communication), 3 posts of Constable (Driver), 9 posts of Constable (Dispatch Rider), 2 posts of Constable (Handymen), 14 posts of Constable (Messenger) & 3 posts of Constable (Carpenter) in APRO and 1 post of Sub-Officer & 39 posts of Emergency Rescuer under Fire & Emergency Services, Assam

** The Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be conducted for the posts mentioned above where the PET consists of 3200 mtrs & 1600 mtrs race for Male and Female respectively.
** Hence, Candidates who have applied against more than one advertisement having the same standards for the race will attend the PST & PET only once for all the posts he/she has applied for.
** The Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will start w.e.f. 03-10-2024.
** Candidates will have to appear for their PST & PET at the venue mentioned in their admit cards.

Instructions For Conduct Of PST & PET

i. A Candidate gets eliminated from the recruitment process as soon as he/she fails to qualify in any event during PST or PET. A Candidate may have to take the PET in a sequence as decided by the Selection Committee.

ii. Individual statement of marks signed by the Candidate and the officer conducting the race/ tests will be shown to the Candidates. A rejection slip will be given to a Candidate when he/she is eliminated from a particular Test. Marks for NCC will not be announced instantly as this may involve further verification of information.

iii. CCTV will be installed for recording each event of the PST and PET for each Candidate. Performances may also be announced through PA system.
iv. All Candidates will be subjected to biometric recordings for identification.

v. Candidates shall have no claim or right to appear in the Written Test merely on the ground that they secured the minimum qualifying standards in the PST and PET. After completion of the PST and PET for all the Candidates, merit lists for each category as per vacancies shown at Para I above will be prepared on the basis of the total marks scored on PET converting it into percentage.

vi. Candidates will be called for the Written Test in order of merit at the rate of 5 (five) times the number of posts allotted in respect of each category. If the total number of qualifying Candidates turns out to be less than 5 times the number of posts, all qualifying Candidates but no other will be called for the Written Test.

vii. If there are Candidates scoring the same marks in PET as the last Candidate selected for the written test by the 5 times formula in a particular case, the Candidates scoring the same marks will also be called for the written examination, and therefore the number may exceed the 5 times to that extent for that particular case and category only.
