How to Download OSSSC CRE (IV) Admission Letter?

Terms And Conditions of Admission Letter
1. Candidates are advised to download the Admission Letter by logging in the web portal of the Commission osssc.gov.in with their User ID and Password and take the Mock test while downloading admission letter by clicking the blinking link “Mock Test”.
2. Date, Venue, Timing and centre details will be available in the Admission Letter. No hard copy of admission letter will be sent to any candidate by post.
3. Since examination will be conducted in different dates in multiple shifts using multiple question sets, latest percentile formula followed by National Testing Agency (NTA) shall be adopted by the Commission to convert raw score into percentile score. “Extract of NTA guidelines is available in OSSSC web portal for reference of candidates”.
4. In case of Tie among candidates with the same score in the Written Test the candidate having lesser negative mark shall be placed above in rank vis-à-vis others. If there is again a Tie among some candidates having equal negative marks then the candidate elder in age will be placed above others on the basis of their date of birth.
5. Test Centres have been identified in all districts. But due to inadequate infrastructure/capacity at Test Centres in some districts, some candidates will be allocated Test Centres located in nearby districts and cities like Berhampur/ Bhubaneswar/ Cuttack/ Rourkela/Sambalpur.
6. Questions of all segments will appear in the screen in bilingual form except for language subjects i.e., English and Odia. In case of any confusion in Odia version, the English version of the question shall prevail.
7. PwD candidates having benchmark disability shall be allowed compensatory time of 30 minutes (@20 minutes per hour) as per rules.
8. It is reiterated that as provided under para 10 of the advertisement the Preliminary Examination is meant to serve as a screening test only. The candidates will be shortlisted @ 5 times the number of vacancies advertised, to appear the Main Examination on the basis of performance in the Preliminary Examination as per merit. The marks obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination shall be taken into consideration for determining their final order of merit.

The combined recruitment examination comprises three successive stages as described below:

** This examination is meant to serve as a screening test only. On the basis of performance in the Preliminary Examination, candidates will be screened/shortlisted to appear the Main Examination @ 5 times the number of vacancies advertised, category/ special category wise, as per merit.
** The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination by the candidates who are declared qualified for admission to the Main examination will not be counted for determining their final order of merit.
