Instructions of OMR Answer Sheet

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE MARKING ANY ENTRY IN THE ANSWER SHEET
1. This answer sheet consists of two copies, the original copy and the duplicate copy below. Do not attempt to separate or displace them while answering.
2. Use Blue/Black Ball Point Pen only. Gel pens /pencils are not allowed. It is not required to darken the second copy separately.
3. Do not put any stray marks anywhere on the answer sheet. Use of any other paper, calculating machine and mobile etc. is prohibited and will lead to disqualification.
4. Carefully fill up all the necessary particulars in the Answer Sheet. Change in answer sheet is not permitted.
5. Copy the Paragraph given in your Question Booklet either in English or Hindi in the space given in the Answer Sheet. You must put your signature on OMR answer sheet at column no. 5
6. Darken the Circles corresponding to your Roll Number & Question Booklet Number in Box Number 2 & 3 very carefully.
7. While Darkening the appropriate Circle(s) in the boxes darken the chosen circle(s) fully.
