How to Download Combined Medical Service Exam e-Admit Card?

Union Public Service Commission will be conducting Combined Medical Service Examination – 2024 on 14th July, 2024 (Sunday) all over India. To Download Admit Card for CMS Examination follow the below steps
Steps :
Step 1: Go to the official link https://upsconline.nic.in/eadmitcard/admitcard_cms_2024/
Step 2: Click on the link for ‘ To Download E-Admit Card’
Step 3: The page displayed provides two options: By Registration Id and By Roll number to download the admit card.
Step 4: Choose any of the two options and fill up your date of birth.
Step 5: Enter the CAPTCHA carefully [Note:Captcha Code is Case Sensitive].
Step 6: Click on “Submit” Button.

Important Instructions of Candidates for CMS Exam

1. Your candidature to the examination is provisional. You are expected to maintain decorum and strictly comply with all rules / instructions for smooth conduct of the examination at all times.
2. Please read carefully the Examination Notice 08/2024-CMS dated 10th April, 2024, Rules for the Examination published in The Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I – Section 1 on 10th April, 2024 and “Poster” containing instructions displayed outside the Examination Hall.
3. Check the e-Admit Card carefully and bring discrepancy(ies), if any, to the notice of the UPSC immediately.
4. Bring this e-Admit Card (printout), along with the (original) Photo Identity Card, whose number is mentioned in the e-Admit Card, in each Session to secure admission to the Examination Hall. e-Admit Card must be preserved by the candidate till the declaration of final result.
5. Candidate who does not produce his/her e-Admit Card for checking in at the allotted venue, shall not be allowed to enter the examination venue.
6. You are responsible for safe custody of the e-Admit Card and in the event of any other person using this e-Admit Card, the onus lies on you to prove that you have not used the services of any impersonator.

7. Candidates are not allowed to enter the examination premises with any valuables/costly items, mobile phones, smart/digital watches, other IT gadgets, books, bags etc. Candidates are advised not to bring banned items as Venue Supervisors will not make any arrangement for keeping these items at the Venue.

8. The entry of the candidates to the examination venue shall be closed 30 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement of the examination in each session i.e. 09:00 AM for the forenoon session and 01:30 PM for the afternoon session. No candidate shall be allowed entry into the Examination Venue after closure of entry.

9. Candidates are advised to visit their Examination Venue at least one day in advance and familiarize themselves with the itinerary to avoid the last minute hassle in their own interest. They should reach the examination venue on the day of examination well in time for frisking.
10. Candidates should note that they will not be allowed to appear at any other venue except for the venue mentioned in their e-Admit card.

11. Possession / use of Mobile Phones (even in switch off mode) and other Electronics / Communication devices or any other incriminating material (notes on e-Admit Cards, papers, erasers etc.) or violation of any Instruction shall entail disciplinary action which may include cancellation of candidature of candidate, filing of FIR/Police complaint against the candidate or prohibition from appearing in subsequent Session(s) of the examination.

12. Candidates are not permitted to use calculators for answering objective type papers. They should, therefore not bring the same inside the Examination Hall.
13. Candidates should note that any omission/mistake/discrepancy in encoding/filling in details in the OMR/Answer sheet, especially with regard to Roll Number and Test Booklet Series Code, will render the Answer Sheet liable for rejection.
14. Candidates who do not have a clear photograph on the e-Admit Card will have to bring two passport-size photographs (one for each Session) required to be pasted on the undertaking provided at the examination venue.
15. Mention your Name, Roll Number, Registration ID and Name & Year of the Examination in all the correspondence with the UPSC.
16. PwBD and PwD candidates who are entitled and have opted for their own scribe, may note that their own scribe will be allowed for the examination only with a separate e-Admit card for such scribe. The e-Admit cards for own scribes will be issued separately.
17. There will be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in both the question papers of the Examination.
18. Candidates are also advised to bring black ballpoint pen to the Examination Hall/Room for making entries in the Attendance List. Answers other than those made by Black Point pen will not be evaluated.
19. Candidates are allowed only to carry water in the transparent bottles inside the Examination Hall/Room. Any other beverages (including cold drinks) or any eatable items are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall/Room.
20.  Candidates may please ensure that all the details such as Name, Photograph & the QR Code on their e-Admit Card, are correct. In case of any discrepancy(ies), they may contact UPSC in this regard.

Technical Instructions of Admit Card

1. Admit Card Application is best suitable on latest versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox Browsers.
2. Javascript should be enabled on your browser.
3. Do not use mobile or other gadgets for downloading e-ADMIT CARD.Preferably use Windows OS on Desktop Machine.
4. If you are having problem in downloading e-Admit card using suggested browsers then clear the cache and cookies of browser using browser setting. In case if you are still unable to download the e-Admit card then please try to download the admit card using other computer machine.
5. If the candidate is blocked by the server in case of repetitive downloading please contact UPSC ADMINISTRATOR immediately through e-mail: – system-upsc[AT]gov.in to unblock the downloading. Mention your Name, Registration ID, Date of Birth and Name & Year of the Examination in all the correspondence with the UPSC.
