Admit cards for the written examination of the recruitment for the post of SAE under BDA, Burdwan.
Post: Sub-Assistant Engineer (on contract)
Date of Written Examination: 03/05/2015
Time: 11.00 am to 12.30 pm
Note:
This Admit Card is provisional, if at any point of time it is found that you do not have the required educational qualification, you are over age or underage or you are otherwise not qualified for or barred from doing Govt. service then your application, will summarily be rejected and this admit card shall be treated as cancelled.
Instructions:
1. Report at the Examination Venue within 10.30 am
2. Without this Admit Card, you shall not be allowed to sit in the examination.
3. After 11.00 am you will not be allowed to sit.
4. Mobile phone, Book, newspaper, bag, tobacco items are prohibited within the examination venue. Please remember that there will be no arrangement for safe custody of such articles outside the examination venue.
5. No companion will be allowed inside the examination venue.
6. Bring blue/black ball point pen to use for writing on the answer sheet.
7. Non-programmable scientific calculator is allowed.
8. Do not write your name or Roll No. at any place except the top sheet of the Question-cum-Answer Script.
9. On the Question-cum-Answer Script select the write answer by applying a tick sign only on one option. If more than one option is selected no marks will be given.
10. If any rough work is to be done, do not do it on the question paper-cum-answer script, ask to the invigilator for blank sheet to do the rough work.
11. Talking between examinees is prohibited within the examination hall & venue during examination period i.e. from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm
12. If any unfair means is adopted or any such attempt is made by you in the examination Hall / Venue, your answer scripts will liable to be cancelled and penal action will be taken against you.
13. You have to follow other instruction as will be given by the invigilator /Centre-in-Charge.
14. Put your full signature on this admit card before the invigilator and at the Top Sheet of the script at the specified places and hand over the answer-script to the invigilator after completion of the written examination.
15. No candidate will be allowed to go outside of the hall before completion of examination, except in emergency.
16. Must bring your photo identity card issued by the Govt. for your identification.
