SSB Odisha Download Admit Card TGT Exam

TGT Examination will be held on 07.06.2024. To Download Hall Ticket (Admit Card) for recruitment to the posts of TGT(ARTS), TGT (PCM), TGT (CBZ), Hindi Teachers, Classical Teachers (Sanskrit), Urdu Teachers And P.E.T. in Non-Govt. Fully Aided High Schools Of Odisha follow the below steps,

Method Of Selection for TGT Examination

** The selection shall be on the basis of a Written Test only. The Written Test will carry full marks of 150 and Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ will be set. The duration of the test will be of two hours. The questions will be based on model syllabus to be uploaded in SSB website.
** The questions are to be answered in carbon less OMR Answer Sheets. There shall be 100 Questions having equal weightage. White for each right answer, 1.5 marks will be awarded, for each wrong answer there will be negative marking of 0.5 mark.
** In case of tie for final selection of candidates, the aggregate percentage of marks secured in the Bachelor’s Degree /+2 or equivalent Examination will be considered.
** In case of a further tie, the percentage of marks secured in +2 / Higher Secondary level and Matriculation level will be considered sequentially to resolve the tie.
** In case of a still further tie, the date of birth shall be considered and the candidate who has born earlier shall be selected.
** The Written Examination for all posts shall be held in one sitting on a single day.

Zones Of Examination for TGT Examination

The written examination shall be held at Angul, Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Bolangir, Cuttack, Kendrapara, Keonjhar, Koraput and Sambalpur depending upon the number of candidates from the respective zone. In case, sufficient numbers of candidates are not available for any of the zone(s) excluding Bhubaneswar, the candidates opting for those zones will be accommodated at their nearest zone.

Information To Candidates for TGT Examination

a. Admission to the Written Test will be provisional. If, on verification at any stage before or after the Written Test, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill all the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature will be liable for rejection. Decision of the State Selection Board in regard to eligibility or otherwise of a candidate shall be final.

b. This advertisement should not be construed as binding on the Government to make appointment.

c. The date of conduct of written examination will be notified later on in the Website of SSB i.e. ssbodisha.ac.in and different Odia dailies.

d. The eligible candidates will be required to download their Hall Tickets (Admit Cards) for the Written Test from the Website of SSB. The Hall Tickets (Admit Cards) will not be sent to the candidates separately. Therefore, candidates are advised to remain in constant touch with the official website of State Selection Board, Odisha for any information on Hall Tickets or other information.
