Download E-Admit Card for Executive
** All the candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted for Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) are hereby informed that CBAT is scheduled on 22nd March 2024 as per venue & reporting time etc. as specified in E-Admit Card issued for CBAT.
** The link for downloading E-Admit Card will be provided on the official website of DFCCIL viz. https://dfccil.com on 08.03.2024. To Download E-Admit Card for Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) follow the below steps,

Important Note of E-Admit Card
1. PwBD candidates have been exempted from appearing in CBAT and their final merit will be decided on the basis of marks obtained in CBT only.
2. The link for downloading E-Admit Card has been sent to all eligible candidates on their registered e- mail id. In addition, SMS is also being sent to these candidates for information. The Centre name and address are mentioned in E-Admit Card.
3. Candidates have to enter his/her USER ID and password of Online Application for downloading the E-Admit Card from the link given below
4. The candidates are advised to verify carefully the details of Exam city, Centre name, address, date and timings of Exam, reporting time, instructions etc. in the E-Admit Card before proceeding to the respective Centre for the Exam.
5. Things to be brought compulsorily for admission to test/Examination Centre
** A Printed copy of E-Admit Card
** Original Photo ID proof and 2 latest passport size coloured photographs as per instructions mentioned below
6. Request for change in the Date, Time and Examination Centre will not be considered under any circumstances. The E-Admit Card is valid only for the date of Examination and time as specified above.
7. The candidate must bring E-Admit Card for CBAT at the Examination Centre along with one of the PHOTO IDENTITY CARDS in original issued by Govt. of India viz. Voter Identity Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card, Printout of E-Aadhaar etc. The identity of the candidate will be established with the original ID proof. In case, your E–Admit Card is without a photograph, you are advised to bring two latest passport-size coloured photographs to the Examination Centre.
The candidate’s photograph and signature should be legibly printed and visible on the photo ID card and should match with the name on E-Admit Card. The Photo ID card should not be damaged or smudged. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the Examination Centre without E-Admit Card and a valid Photo Identity Card as mentioned above.
8. Candidates are required to reach their allotted Exam Centre at reporting time mentioned in E-Admit for CBAT Card (1 and ½ hours before the Exam) so that entry related formalities can be completed smoothly. The main gate of the Examination Centre will be closed half an hour before the commencement of the Examination. No candidate will be allowed inside the Examination Centre after gate closing time.
9. Possession and use of electronic devices such as mobile phones, microphones or any other associated accessories, bluetooth enabled devices, any other electronic communication devices, calculators, log tables/pager, digital diary, digital watch, Pen,, book/notes, metallic wears, bangles, belts, bracelets etc. are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall.
If any candidate is found in possession of any of these items, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail legal action against such candidates including ban on appearing in future Examinations conducted by DFCCIL. There is no facility for safe-keeping of your personal belongings outside the Examination Hall & DFCCIL will not be responsible for any such loss.
10. Indulging in any type of malpractice/use of unfair means/impersonation/misbehaviour/indiscipline in the Examination Hall will disqualify the candidate and he/she will be debarred from all future DFCCIL Examinations/Appointment in DFCCIL.
11. Please retain E–Admit Card for CBAT carefully for future records, as the same will be required to be produced in subsequent stages of the selection process.
12. Total duration of Examination will be of 77 Minutes.
13. The E-Admit Card is provisional and does not confer the candidate any right with regard to his/her eligibility for the post. Candidature will be subject to the candidate fulfilling all the eligibility conditions like academic qualification, category, PwBD status etc. as mentioned in his/her Online Application which is subject to verification in the subsequent stages of the selection process.
14. Once the attendance/capturing of photograph/biometric at the Registration Desk is done, such candidate will not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall till the completion of the Examination. There will also be an exit verification (capturing of photograph/biometric) after completion of the Examination.
15. The questions will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & English. In case of any dispute in Question contents, the English version of that Question will prevail.
16. For CBAT details, candidates are advised to refer para 10 of Advt No. 01/DR/2023 and visit website of RDSO, https://rdso.indianrailways.gov.in -> Verticals -> Traffic & Psychology -> Psychology -> Candidate’s corner for question patterns & other details of CBAT.
17. In order to familiarize with the Computer Based Aptitude Test, the candidates are advised to go through the mock test link which will be made available on the website https://dfccil.com before the Examination.
18. Candidates are also advised to keep visiting the website https://dfccil.com for any updates.
19. Candidates needs to make his/her own travel and stay arrangements for attending the CBT.
20. Special instructions, if any, given by the Invigilator should be followed scrupulously.
21. DFCCIL reserves the right to order re-examination for any or all the candidates.
22. The decision of the DFCCIL in all matters will be final and binding on the candidates.
Scheme of CBAT for Executive
Details of Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for Executive (Operations & Business Development) category:
i) Qualifying Marks: The candidates need to secure a minimum T-Score of 42 marks in each of the test batteries to qualify. This is applicable to all candidates irrespective of community or category i.e. irrespective of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/Ex-SM (no relaxation in the minimum T-Score is permissible).
ii) The CBAT shall have questions and answer options only in English and Hindi. There shall be no negative marking in CBAT.
iii) The final Merit List of Executive (Operations & Business Development) category will be drawn only from amongst the candidates qualifying in the CBAT, with 70% weightage for the marks obtained in the 2nd stage CBT and 30% weightage for the marks obtained in CBAT.
iv) Candidates are advised to visit website of RDSO (www.rdso.indianrailways.gov.in – >Directorates->Psycho Technical) for guidance and other details of CBAT.
v) PwBD candidates are exempted from appearing in CBAT and their Final Merit will be decided on the basis of marks obtained in 2nd Stage CBT only.
