1 What is the exam date?
After exam information is published in newspapers / website, details including exam date can be retrieved from rule book uploaded on website
2 How can corrections be made in form?
After last date of submission of application form, a time period is provided to modify/correct information in the application form or documents submitted.
3 Not able to rectify an error. Contact MP Online at 0755-4019400 for clarification / rectification of error.
4 Can I change the exam centre?
No. However in special mandatory situations, it could be done prior to generation of TAC
5 Where are exam rules provided?
Detailed information and rules/regulations related to exam are provided in respective exam rule book, published on website for the exam.
6 When are the results declared?
Results are uploaded on Vyapam website. Date for result declaration cannot bedecided beforehand.
7 What is the syllabus of question paper?
This is included in the exam rulebook.
8 What can be done if I lost my Roll number?
Submit an application to the inward section of Vyapam with Candidate Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Name of Exam. Alternatively write an email to Vyapam at vyapam@mp.nic.in providing above mentioned details to retrieve roll number.
9 When do we get Roll number for the exam?
Roll number is available on the Vyapam website one week before the scheduled exam.
10 How can “key” be modified?
Please check the rule book for conduct of exams and directions provided for the same.
11 Where can Waiting list be viewed?
Waiting list is published along with Main result on Vyapam website. The list is available with respective department for which exam is conducted. The list can be received via RTI as well.
12 How can name of Father be corrected?
As per rule, Candidate name, Father/Husband Name, Mother Name and Date of Birth are considered vital information and these cannot be corrected/modified once submitted in application form.
13 Is correction possible after last date?
No
14 What are next steps after declaration of results?
Entrance / Recruitment activities after declaration of results is conducted by respective department.
15 When are application form available?
The information is circulated by Vyapam via advertisement in prominent newspapers and also published on website.
16 What happens if incorrect certificate / document is uploaded?
Correct certificate/document can be uploaded till the last date provided for correction for an exam.
17 For document scan, do we use original document or can we use photocopy?
Documents scanned and submitted must always be done using original copy.
18 What needs to be done if payment is not processed?
Contact MP Online for payment related query.
19 Where can I get my roll number?
Test Admit Card / Roll number can be viewed/downloaded from Vyapam website. For this, you need to have your online application form number and date of birth.
20 If incorrect option of Gender is selected, can this be corrected?
After last date of submission of form, a time period is given to undertake corrections. During this period, corrections can be done.
21 Can I apply even though I am not graduate?
As per educational and other qualifications mentioned in exam rulebook is satisfied, online application can be submitted.
22 What needs to be written in “Self Writing” column?
You can write about why you are participating in the exam or any 2 lines of topic of your choice. However, you need to ensure that the writing is clear and readable.
23 How can I pay for exam fees?
Please look for rulebook for the exam and other instructions for conduct of examination on Vyapam website.
24 What all corrections can be done in the application form?
All corrections except Candidate Name, Father/Husband Name, Mother Name and Date of Birth, can be corrected within the date specified for correction.
25 What qualification is acceptable for computers?
Please see respective exam rulebook which mentions educational and other qualifications for the exam.
26 What is duration of B.Ed. course?
Please check exam rulebook. For session 2015-16, the course is for 2 years.
