BCPM Document Verification and Group Exercise Call Letter :
Document Verification and Group exercise for Block Community Process Manager (UPNHM) To be conducted by Strategic Alliance Management Services Pvt Ltd at Lucknow starting from April 17, 2015 to April 20, 2015

Chinhat Crossing, Lucknow

Document Verification Process Details:
(1) The Candidate reports at the venue with his/her Call Letter and other testimonials in support of qualifications and experiences at his/her given reporting time;
(2) Candidates will be called in roll no. sequence.
(3) SAMS’ representatives will validate the documents of candidates on the sequential basis of the information provided in the application form.
(4) Candidates rejected on account of document validation in case he/she fails to present supporting documents, will be liable for the disqualification/ cancellation of his/her candidature for the further processes of GE

(Note: Candidates shall have to bring their original certificates with self-attested photocopies of all the documents)

Steps :
1 Each batch of candidates will report at the allotted time as indicated in Call Letter and Website for each individual candidate.
2 Present their documents in sequence (roll no. wise).
SAMS’ team shall validate the following :
(1) Call letter and any Govt. approved ID.
(2) Qualification Eligibility : (High School, Secondary school, Graduation or Master’s certificates )
(3) Experience certificate with salary Vouchers OR Bank statement.
(4) DOB: (DOB mentioned in official certificates (age proof)
(5) Caste certificate in case of relaxation claim.

Group Exercise Process Details :
(1) After document verification candidates will be guided to their respective panels for GEs.
(2) Estimated duration of group exercise will be of 45 Minutes for each batch.
(3) The process of GEs are illustrated as below

Steps :
1 The first process will start with the Group formation of 8 to10 candidates as per roll number of their admit card.
2 Each group will be given a topic for discussion and solo presentation.
3 Candidates will give a small presentation on the sub topics. It will be mandatory for each candidate to speak on the topic for a minimum of 2 minutes and maximum of 3 minutes.
4 The Panelists will assess each and every member in the group about their involvement in the discussion. The panelists then will assign scores to candidates on the Assessment Sheets based on their overall performance.
Time Duration : 45-50 Minutes

INSTRUCTIONS TO GROUP PARTICIPANTS/CANDIDATES :
(1) This is a collaborative exercise.
(2) Please encourage co-team members to participate and contribute to Group Tasks
(3) Each team member shall introduce himself to the panel and group members (5 minutes)
(4) Team members shall be given a topic to discuss and systematically capture thoughts and ideas (10 minutes)
(5) Group Task: Team members to individually develop a few talking points on the approach allocated for a solo presentation of about 2 minute each
(6) Solo Presentation: Individual presentations by members of group(2 to 3 minutes each)
(7) Group Exercise topics shall be based on Development and Public Health sectors.

*NOTE: Candidates failing to present documents in support of the information provided in application form shall be liable for the disqualification for the further Group exercise process.
