Total marks : 150 marks
Total questions : 150 MCQs in each paper
Marking scheme :
+1 mark for each correct answer
There is no negative marking
Medium of exam : English and Hindi
TET exam pattern is as follows:
JBT: The JBT TET consists of two papers, each of which carries 150 marks. The first paper is on child psychology and development, pedagogy and teaching-learning processes. The second paper is on the subject that the candidate wishes to teach.
LT: The LT TET consists of two papers, each of which carries 150 marks. The first paper is on child psychology and development, pedagogy and teaching-learning processes. The second paper is on the language that the candidate wishes to teach.
Non-Medical: The Non-Medical TET consists of two papers, each of which carries 150 marks. The first paper is on child psychology and development, pedagogy and teaching-learning processes. The second paper is on the subjects that the candidate wishes to teach.
Shastri: The Shastri TET consists of two papers, each of which carries 150 marks. The first paper is on child psychology and development, pedagogy and teaching-learning processes. The second paper is on Sanskrit.
Medical: The Medical TET consists of two papers, each of which carries 150 marks. The first paper is on child psychology and development, pedagogy and teaching-learning processes. The second paper is on the science subjects that the candidate wishes to teach.
