How to Download Admit Card for PMT/PET Fireman, Driver?

To Download Admit Card for the post of Driver / Operator and Fireman (Advt. No. 01 of 2023), follow the below steps
Step 1 : Go to the link http://101.53.145.85:5000/phtest/
Step 2 : Select Search With App No and DOB / Search With Name, Father Name and DOB

Self Declaration (Undertaking) Format

1. I have read all the INSTRUCTIONS for CANDIDATES in the admit card and I undertake to abide by the same.
2. I assure that all information filled by me is true and accurate.
3. I am participating in this PMT/PET exam at my own risk and in case of any eventuality/mishap due to exertion/sickness or any other health issue, I will be solely responsible for this. SSSB, Punjab/Test conducting agency will not be responsible for any consequence.
4. Appearing in PMT/PET does not claim my right on the above mentioned post.

Instructions For Candidates of PMT/PET

1. No candidate will be allowed to enter the PMT/PET Venue, without the admit card which includes completely filled self-declaration (Undertaking) and valid ID Proof(in original)(Driving License/Passport/ Voter Card / PAN card/ Aadhar Card / Other Govt. issued ID card). The entry to the venue will be based on the verification of the details

2. Inside the test venue, the candidate must ensure that:
** He/she has signed on the attendance sheet.
** His/her biometrics have been duly captured

3. No communication / request shall be entertained with respect to change of date / time for PMT/PET.

4. Before coming to the PMT/PET venue, ensure the following:
** Have a proper breakfast, DO NOT come to the test venue on empty stomach.
** Stay well hydrated.
** Carry your own water bottle (preferably transparent).
** Candidate is advised not to bring any valuable / costly items to the examination venue, as safe keep of the same cannot be assured.
** Only candidates are allowed inside the venue.
** Once candidate is entered inside the test venue, he/she will not be permitted to leave the venue before the test is over.
** Additional passport size photographs (if photo in the admit card is not available / clear).

5. No candidate shall be permitted to enter the centre after the gate closing time.
6. On completion of the test, the candidates will be permitted to move out in an orderly manner one candidate at a time. They must wait for instructions and should not leave the venue until advised.

Process of Recruitment

** The selection to the posts shall be made by the board in the manner prescribed in the relevant service rules. In other words, if in the relevant rules, any competitive examination is provided that shall be held by the Board.

** Any particular exercise about physical measurements as in the case of the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police shall also be got conducted by the Board. Where, however, any specific mode of selection is not provided in the relevant service rules, the Board shall determine a fair method to make selection in consultation with the Department concerned.

** The posts which are to be filled through interview only, the interview may be completed within 30 days from the date of completion of the scrutiny of applications and result declared simultaneously.

** The posts of stenographers / typists which are to be filled by the tests, the test be arranged within a month from the date of the completion of the scrutiny of applications and the results declared within 30 days of taking the test.

** The posts which are to be filled by qualifying / competitive examination, such a test / examination be arranged within 45 days from the date of the completion of the scrutiny of applications. Paper marking in respect of these tests should be completed within thirty days from the closing date of the test / examination and the result declared within the next 30 days.

** In cases, where selection is to be made by way of test / examination and interview, all process should be completed as enumerated above excepting that the result be declared within 90 days from the closing date of test / examination.
