Take Print Out ADMIT Card in Landscape Format
Procedure :
i) Put ID/Registration No.
ii) Enter Date of Birth(mm/dd/yyyy)
iii) Click on Submit Button
In continuation to our Advertisement No. ACS/1A-06-10/1607 dated 21.11.2014, it is hereby informed that the following IDs/Registration Nos. of the candidates applied for any of the posts of Assistant Directors (Viz, Material Management, Documentation, Youth Affairs, Targeted Intervention, H.R. Officer, Administrative Officer and Store Officer) have been found eligible to appear for the Written Examination to be held on 31/05/2015 at Calcutta National Medical College, 24, Gora Chand Road, Kolkata-700014.
The eligible candidates are requested to download their Admit Cards on-line from the website wbhealthgov.in/ Recruitment. The examination will be of 2(two) hours from 11.00 am. to 1.00 am. The candidates are, therefore, requested to report at the at the Exam venue sharp at 10.30am. on the day of examination. While, reporting, the candidates must bring with them a copy of the downloaded Admit Card which is to be signed in the Examination Hall only in presence of the lnvigilator. No candidate will be permitted to enter into the Examination Hall unless he/she produces the Admit card at the time of entry. Further, the candidates will also not be allowed to the Examination Hall, if he/she reaches the Examination hall after 15 minutes from the commencement of the examination.
If any candidates fails to download his/her Admit Card owing to any technical problems in the Website, he/she may personally contact at WBSAP&CS office i.e. 1st floor, GN- 29, Wing-B, Swasthya Bhawan, Kolkata-700091 on 21.05.2015(Wednesday) between 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm. only. No travel allowance will be allowed to the candidate for appearing at the examination. Adoption of any unfair/unscrupulous means by the candidate during examination will make his / her candidature liable for rejection immediately.
