For the post of “Security Sub-Inspector” in T&S Gr.’C’ have been screened, and the following applicants are provisionally found eligible for written test to be held on 14.03.2015 (Saturday) from 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 Noon at DAV Public School, Kanyapur, Asansol Dist-Burdhwan, WB-713305.
Individual call letters/Admit card and SMS alert is being sent to the candidates to their addresses for the above examination. In case of non-receipt of call letter/Admit card, the concerned candidates should bring along with a sample call letter duly filled in, signed, pasted with a photograph and duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. The format can be downloaded from the website. The candidates found successful in written examination will be called for Interview in the ratio of 1:3 subject to qualifying the minimum standard of efficiency. The successful candidates in written examination and viva-voce have to undergo Pre-Employment Initial Medical Examination (IME) for appointment as per company rules. If any candidate found medically unfit in the said examination, appointment will not be given for the post.
Candidates are requested to carefully go through following instructions:
** Candidates to check carefully his/her Name, Date of Birth, and Category. Discrepancy has to be pointed out.
** Candidates will have to report at the Examination Center half an hour before the scheduled time.
** Candidate will have to show Admit Card at the time of entering the Examination Hall.
** Pen, Pencil and Eraser etc. are to be brought by the candidate himself.
** Mobile Phone would not be allowed to use in the examination Hall. If any candidate is found using the mobile phone in the examination hall, then the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled.
** Candidate will not be allowed to enter into examination Hall with Book, Papers or any type of belongings.
** The Admit Card is issued provisionally subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility criteria.
** No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing the Written Test.
** Candidates are required to produce valid photo Identity card like voter Identity card/Driving License/Adhar Card/ Passport/PAN card/passbook of any nationalized bank having photograph affixed therein or Discharge book in case of Ex-Army/Ex-BSF in the examination hall.
** The candidates are required to answer by darkening only one circle with Black/Blue Ball Point Pen only in the OMR sheet provided to them. If one or more circle is darkened, the question will not be evaluated.
