The call letters indicating time and venue of examination centre have been sent to the provisionally eligible candidates at the address given by them in their Application Form. The rejection advice has also been sent to ineligible candidates. Railway Recruitment Board, Gorakhpur will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery. The provisionally eligible candidates who do not get call letters or who have been issued call letters with wrong name, community, category no, photograph and free travel authority (SCST, may personally contact as per the schedule given above for getting correct / duplicate call letters.
For this the candidates should bring along with them adequate proof of having submitted application i.e copy of DD/IPO and two passport size coloured photographs, age proof and caste certificate. It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in the Master List of provisionally eligible candidates. Request for duplicate call letters or any corrections will NOT be entertained on the date of Written Examination.
Important: For status of application, candidates are advised to Log on only to the authorised website https://ner.indianrailways.gov.in/index.jsp and refer to instructions published in CEN. Beware of fake websites.
SPECIAL ATTENTION : Candidates are advised to refer to this notice only for PLACE of issue of duplicate call letters and ignore the notice given earlier in the newspapers in this regard for RRB, Gorakhpur.
