(FORWARDING OF ADMIT CARD)

1. Enclosed please find herewith ‘Admit Card’ in respect of your son/ward for appearing in AISSEE, Jan 2015, scheduled on 04 January 2015(Sunday).

2. Despite clear instructions, the deficient documents should be submitted before the final admission, failing which admission will not be granted.

3. Venue of examination centre has been given in the enclosed admit card.

4. The allotted roll number is to be quoted in all future correspondence failing which no queries will be entertained.

5. You are requested to take the examination at the centre mentioned in the admit card in GUJARATI/ENGLISH/HINDI medium, as opted by you in the application form. No change (R) change will be entertained.

6. The candidate should report at examination centre under own arrangement, well in advance and be seated 15 minutes prior to examination for each test.

7. Efforts are in hand to make available additional ST buses between ST Depot, Jamnagar to Balachadi on the day of examination. Parents may check the availability of buses at ST Depot Jamnagar. Candidates appearing from Ahmedabad and Surat Centre are to make their own arrangement to reach examination centre on time.

8. For candidates appearing from Sainik School Balachadi Centre, packed lunch will be available for parents and candidates on payment. Candidates appearing from Ahmedabad and Surat Centre are to make their own arrangement for food.

9. The candidates are to show the admit card to the Centre Supdt for identification and sign the admit card and nominal roll in his presence before taking the examination. Candidates will be required to surrender the admit card to the Centre Supdt on completion of the entire examination. No parent will be allowed to enter the School area where the examination is conducted.

10. Candidates are not permitted to carry any book, paper, calculator and mobile etc along with them to the examination hall except the writing material/geometry box and the admit card.

11. The answers must be written in BLUE/BLACK ink. Ball point pen may be used. Black or coloured Pencils are not permitted.

12. Name, roll number and other particulars must be entered only in the space provided for the answer sheets. Any indication marking of identity in other space in the answer sheets will lead to disqualification from examination. The answer scripts and question papers must be returned to the invigilators. Any copying down or making notes from the question papers anywhere, will disqualify the candidate.

13. If you are in the merit list for admission, you will receive the call letter for interview/ medical examination tentatively by last week of Feb 2015. Call letters are no guarantee for admission as these are invariably more than the actual number of seats available. Combined merit list will consist of written test plus interview marks taking medical fitness into consideration.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Please quote the roll number of the candidate in all future correspondence, else the same will not be entertained by the School.

FOR DEFENCE PERSONNEL ONLY . The boys who seek admission under defence quota are to produce date of birth certificate obtained from respective Records Office of the parents at the time of admission.
