To download the admit card for the written examination for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) Category No. 3 and 9 which is to be held on 08.11.2015
Admit Card for written examination of the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission Web-site i.e. hssc.gov.in. The candidates can download the admit cards from the Commission Web-site from 4th November, 2015 onwards. Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card very carefully and follow the same strictly.
The written examination for the above posts will comprise of 100 multiple choice questions and divided into two portions comprising:-
i) 75% weightage for General awareness, Reasoning, Maths science, English, Hindi etc. (the word etc. means and includes concerned relevant subject.
ii) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana.
Each question will carry two marks. Viva-Voce will be of 25 marks.
The number of candidates called for interview will be twice the number of vacancies. The total marks obtained in the written test and viva-voce will determine the merit of the candidates in their respective categories. No separate call letters will be sent to the candidates by the Commission through post.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES :
i. Candidate must bring legibly printed Admit Card with recent photo pasted on it at mark B and attested by Gazetted Officer and one photo identity proof like Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Passport etc. at the Examination Centre tailing which candidate will not be allowed to enter in the Examination Centre.
ii. This Admit Card is provisional and subject to fulfillment of advertised eligibility conditions on the cutoff date. The candidate should ensure that he/she possesses the requisite qualifications and age etc and fulfils all the eligibility conditions for the said post as per advertisement on the cutoff date. In case’ at any stage, it is found that candidate does not fulfill the essential eligibility conditions, his/her candidature shall be immediately cancelled without assigning any reason or notice besides taking such other action as deemed appropriate by the Commission. No claim/compensation shall be admissible.
iii. Candidate should enter tfre examination centre at 9.30 A.M to enable the Invigilator to check the admit card, obtain the Biometrics and get the attendance marked and thumb impression in the attendance sheet and complete other formalities. No entry shall be allowed after 10.00 A.M. Candidate shall not be allowed to leave the examination centre before the end of examination.
iv. At the start of the examination and within first five minutes, please ensure that all pages of your test booklet are properly printed, your test booklet is not damaged in any manner. serial No. of oMR sheet and test booklet matches. In case of any discrepancy the candidate should immediately report the matter to the invigilator for replacement of test booklet. No claim in this regard will be entertained after five minutes of start of examination.
v. candidate should not carry any mobile phone, any type of watch, belt, wear ornaments like ring, chain, earring etc., electronic or communication device, Pen, Pencil, Eraser, sharpener and correcting Fluid in the premises/boundary wall of the examination centre. If any candidate is found possessing any such item, he/she will not be allowed to enter in the examination centre. Possessing of mobile phone and any other aiding materials in the examination room will be serious lapse and it will attract the cancellation of candidature as also debarring him/her from future examination of HSSC. HSSC shall not be responsible for loss of any item carried by the candidate.
vi. Candidate should put his/her signature and thumb impression on the Admit Card at two places in the presence of Invigilator at the Examination Hall.
