Procedure :
i) Enter Name

iii) Click on Submit Button
Test Date: 01st November 2015 (Sunday)
Reporting Time: 0900 Hrs.
Test Timings: 1000 Hrs. to 1200 Hrs.
** The candidate must bring this Admit Card, duly completed, to the test centre for being permitted to take the test.
** During the course of the test this Admit Card will be verified and signed by the Invigilator who will collect its upper part and handover the lower part, duly signed by him/her, to the candidate.
** The candidate must produce the same for verification at subsequent stages of recruitment process, if called.
** ‘Rules and Instructions’ are given on Page 2.
Dear Candidate,
** We thank you for responding to our recruitment Advt. No. 02/2015-OP.
** You should reach the test centre at the reporting time mentioned overleaf. Latecomers will not be permitted to appear for the test.
** Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, calculator or mobile phone, etc. in the test centre campus. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting any unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.
** Please bring with you Ball Point Pens, HB Pencils, Eraser and Sharpener for taking the test.
** After the test is over, hand over the question booklet and answer sheet to the room invigilator. DO NOT carry the question booklet or any part thereof outside the examination hall. Doing so is a punishable offence.
** Duration of the written test is 120 minutes with 100 objective type questions carrying one mark each – 20 general aptitude and 80 domain knowledge, questions. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
** The candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills all the eligibility conditions for admission to the test. The admission at all stages of the recruitment process for which he/she is admitted viz., Written Test or Interview will be purely provisional, subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the Written Test, it is found that the candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference.
** Request for change of test centre will not be entertained.
** In the event of your being short listed on the basis of marks secured in the written test you will have to appear for Interview, separate communication for which will be uploaded/ dispatched in due course.
** No travelling allowances will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the Written Test. However, candidates called for interview will be entitled for reimbursement of train fare (to and fro) from the place of their mailing address to the place of Interview by 3-Tier AC.
** Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
** Discrepancies, if any, regarding the candidate’s particulars in this admit card should be reported by email to spmcil@jobapply.in at least seven days before the date of written test.
** Candidate who has applied for more than one post can appear the test for only one post of his/her preference.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING IN THE OMR ANSWER SHEET :
Answer sheets are scanned by machine to compute the scores. Accuracy in scoring is dependent on the examinees marking their answer sheets properly. Therefore, accurate scoring is dependent on your strict adherence to the following instructions:
** Every question has four answer options. Mark the answer option number chosen by you by darkening only the corresponding oval/circle on the answer sheet using HB pencil.
** Shade only one oval/circle; in case you shade more than one oval/circle the answer will be treated as wrong.
** The method of shading the oval/circle has been indicated in “Important Instructions” on Side-1 of the Answer Sheet and these must be strictly followed.
** If you wish to change an answer, completely erase the one already marked and darken the fresh oval/circle.
** Do not tear, bend or mutilate the Answer Sheet.
