Instructions to the candidate attending the Written exam on 26.07.2015 on the post of LDC
INSTRUCTIONS :
1) Candidates should bring with them the following documents/certificates in original otherwise they will not be allowed to appear for written examination.
i) Admit Card duly filled in and a passport size photograph of the candidate which is attested by a Gazetted Officer affixed on it.
ii) Certificate in proof of date of birth
iii) Certificate in proof of educational qualifications
iv) Caste Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (certificate issued during the last 6 months only will be accepted in the case of SC/ST candidates and non-creamy layer certificate in respect of OBC candidates. The certificate should be in the proper format as per guidelines of Govt. of India.
v) Valid registration card of Employment Exchange (in the case of candidates sponsored by the Employment Exchanges)
vi) Experience Certificate, if any.
vii) Proof of identity, such as Election ID Card/Driving License/Passport/Adhar Card or ID issued by an appropriate authority.
viii) The candidates sponsored by the Employment Exchange also should bring with them a copy of their recent passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazette Officer on the reverse side of photograph clearly indicating the designation and address of the Attesting Officer. Application format enclosed with this Memorandum may also be completed in all respect and furnished to the invigilator concerned before the commencement of written examination. The candidates who qualify in the written examination will only be called for proficiency test. No interview will be conducted. The date and venue of proficiency test will be intimated to the qualified candidates separately. However, candidates qualified in the written test may have to take the proficiency test immediate on next day of the examination.
2) The candidates should bring with them the Memorandum (containing the Admit Card) in original, failing which they will not be permitted to attend the Written Examination.
3) The candidates will be required to qualify the written examination. The Director, CPCRI reserves the right to fix the minimum qualifying marks to be called for proficiency test.
4) The Director, CPCRI reserves the right to short-list the candidates based on the performance in the written test. Those who do not obtain minimum marks (as may be prescribed by this institute) in the written test will not permitted to attend the proficiency test.
5) No TA will be paid for attending the written test.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES :
1. Please report at Examination Venue two hours before the commencement of the written examination.
2. The candidates are required to bring with them all certificates/documents as mentioned at SI.No.l
3. The candidates are required to bring with them the Memorandum/Admit Card issued by this Institute in original.
4. The candidates are required to quote the ROLL NUMBER in the answer paper. Candidates should not write their name in the OMR answer paper/sheets.
5. No candidate would be admitted to the Examination Hall after the commencement of the paper or will be allowed to leave before expiry of the time for the paper.
6. Candidates will not be allowed to carry ANY modem electronic equipments, mathematical tables, rule books, calculators, papers, mobile phones, Bluetooth, markers, white fluid, wireless sets etc., into the examination hall.
7. At the end of the examination, candidate should hand over the answer sheets & Question Paper to the Invigilator.
The paper will consist of Objective Type-Multiple Choice questions only. The Examination will be by adopting OMR answer sheets. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
