Written Test (Objective) & Interview Schedule for recruitment for the post of Works Engineer/Civil and Site Supervisor/Civil on Contract basis for Ircon’s Bikaner Phalodi Project (Advt No. C05/2015)
Written Test (Objective) for eligible candidates for the post of Works Engineer/Civil & Site Supervisor/Civil on contract basis for Ircon’s Bikaner Phalodi Project (advt. no.C05/2015) has been scheduled on 05.07.2015 (Sunday) at “Govt. Fort Sr. Secondary School, Station Road, Bikaner , Rajasthan -334001
All the candidates as above are requested to appear for the Written Test (Objective) as per the schedule above. The candidates have to report for the Written Test (Objective) by 09.00 AM on 05.07.2015
Result of the Written Test (Objective) will be declared on the same day and will be uploaded on our corporate website ircon.org . Shortlisted candidates based on their performance will have to appear for the Interview on 06.07.2015 at 09.00 AM at Ircon International Limited, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017.
Qualifying the Written Test and getting shortlisted for the Interview does not guarantee the final eligibility of the candidate for appearing in the Interview on 06.07.2015 and getting selected/appointed for the respective post. Scrutiny for ascertaining the eligibility (as per the eligibility criteria specified in the advt. no. C05/2015) of only shortlisted candidates for Interview would be done before the Interview.
All information submitted in the online application form will be verified with original documents at the time of interview. If any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or incorrect or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria, then his/her candidature will be rejected/cancelled at that stage of the recruitment process and he/she will not be allowed to appear in the Interview process and neither can he/she claim for the same.
The candidates are thus once again advised to check their eligibility thoroughly before appearing for the WT to avoid disappointment at later stage. If any discrepancies are found at any stage of the recruitment process, the candidature of the candidate will be immediately cancelled.
The shortlisted candidates for the Interview are requested to bring the following testimonials in original at the time of Interview:
(i) Certificate in support of your age i.e. Matriculation Certificate
(ii) Certificate and Mark sheet of Professional Degree/Diploma, Certificate of other professional qualifications, if any.
(iii) Certificate in proof of experience, if any, clearly projecting the requisite experience indicating the length and line of experience as per eligibility conditions/criteria.
(iv) Certificate in support of claim of belonging to SC/ST/OBC, PwD , Ex-Servicemen, wherever applicable. Please note, that the candidates belonging to OBC category should bring the latest calendar year OBC (non- creamy layer) certificate in the centre format to be produced by OBC applying for appointment to posts under Govt. of India.
(v) No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer if working in Govt./PSU’s/Autonomous bodies &
(vi) Complete set of self-attested photocopies of all the above mentioned certificates.
Call letters to all the candidates, as per the tables above are uploaded against their names along with the instructions for Written Test. Candidates should download their call letters and bring it along with them on the day of Written Test i.e. 05.07.2015 after pasting their photograph and their signatures on it.
