Specialist Officers Project 2014-15 – Download Call letter for On-line Examination
Direct Recruitment of Specialist Officers-Notice for Written Test :
In connection with recruitment of specialist officers, it is scheduled to conduct on-line examination tentatively on 24th May 2015 for the following four posts:
1. Manager (Specialized Verticals – Credit, Risk, HR and Marketing) – Scale II
2. Manager (Treasury/ Financial Products/ Financial Services) – Scale II
3. Manager (Cost Accountant) – Scale II
4. Assistant Manager (Industry) – Scale I
Registration numbers of candidates called for written test based on the information furnished by them at the time of filling on-line application for the posts are furnished post-wise in the annexures. Call letters to these candidates for the on-line examination will be sent by e-mail to their registered e-mail id.
Registration number of candidates who are found to be ineligible based on the information furnished by them at the time of filling on-line application for the posts are not called for the on-line examination.
The mere fact that the candidates as per annexures have been called for on-line examination does not imply that their candidatures have been accepted by the Bank or that the entries made by the candidates in the on-line application for the posts have been accepted by the Bank.
The structure of the examination for all the posts will be as under:

Time : Composite time of 120 minutes
For the post of Manager (Specialized Verticals – Credit, Risk, HR and Marketing) – Scale II, in the professional knowledge test, questions of all the four specializations will be displayed and the candidates have to answer questions to only one specialization and if any candidate marks answers to questions from more than one specialization, the first specialization in sequence will be considered as valid.
For the posts of Assistant Manager (Industry) – Scale I, the test of professional knowledge will be on their area of specialization.

1. How do I download my call letter?
Follow the link from organisation website to download call letter. At login page, enter the
REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD
or
REGISTRATION NO. & DATE OF BIRTH
at the required places to download the Call Letter.
2. What should I do if there is lot of delay in accessing the page?
Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of Applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.
3. Where do I get the REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD?
REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD are generated at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto generated email acknowledgement, at the email address registered by him.
4. My DATE OF BIRTH is rejected on login screen?
Candidate should ensure that the DATE OF BIRTH is same as he had entered at the time of registration. Candidate can refer the APPLICATION PRINT for the DATE OF BIRTH entered by him.
5. I am unable to login / screen displays the login failed message?
Please check your entries in login screen. You should use REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto generated email acknowledgement. Also, make sure that the DATE OF BIRTH you have entered is same as you entered at the time of registration and printed in the application print.
6. I have registered more than one application?
In case you have registered more than once, only last registration is retained. Therefore, to download your Call Letter, you must enter the registration No. of the application that you submitted last.
