Details of Term End Examination June
** For the June-2024 Term End Examination of the India Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has uploaded the Exam Hall Tickets at https://hall_ticket.ignou.ac.in/hall0624/ignouhallticketjun2024.aspx .
** All the examinees of Andaman & Nicobar Islands are advised to download the Hall Ticket immediately. They may also check their name and enrolment number in the Examinees List at their Exam Centre.
** Along with the downloaded Hall Ticket, student must produce IGNOU Student Identity Card (original) to enter the exam hall.
** If any problem is faced in downloading the hall ticket, students may contact at IGNOU Regional Centre, Port Blair (03192-242888/230111) or e-mail to rcportblair[AT]ignou.ac.in.
** The exam starts from 07th June, 2024 at all seven exam Centres located at: Campbell Bay, Mayabunder, Diglipur, Nancowrie, Car Nicobar, Hut Bay and JNRM-Port Blair.
Important Notes of Candidates
** The examinees should carefully write their enrolment numbers on the answer sheet. In case of an ambiguous, deceptive or incorrect enrolment number being entered, the result will not be declared. If the roll number of the examinee is 9 digits instead of 10 digits, then x (cross) should be marked in the last bracket. Don’t add zero before the enrolment number to make it 10 digits.The code of the examination Centre should also be entered in similar way.
** Please note that apart from the main answer sheet, no supplementary answer sheet will be provided. Therefore, candidates should write in each line and not leave blank pages.
** Please sign on the attendance sheet during the examination in the prescribed column in front of your name and enrollment number. In case a candidate has not signed or signed any where other than in the prescribed column, he/she will be treated as absent.
** Before submitting the answer sheet to the invigilator, the candidate should check that his/her signature, the invigilator’s signature and the examination Centre’s stamp is affixed at the designated place.
** Examinees should note that they shall not be allowed to appear at any other Exam Centre except the Venue mentioned in the Admit Card.
** Please also note that the items listed below are strictly NOT allowed inside the examination centre campus:
** Mobile Phone, Bluetooth/wireless earphones/devices, Watch of any kind including digital/smart watch, Bag, Handbag, Papers, notes, books, calculator (Not applicable if mentioned in Question Paper), car keys, electronic gadgets/equipments, correction marker/white fluid, any other suspicious item/material, etc.
** It is clarified that there shall be no arrangements at Examination Centres for keeping aforesaid items. If any item is lost, the Centre or the University will not be responsible. Candidates are, therefore, advised either not to carry the aforementioned items with them on the date of the examination or to make their own arrangements for keeping such items in safe custody outside the Examination Centre at their sole risk.
** Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means, the matter will be registered with the police & U.F.M.
