Pattern of Online Examination
In the online examination there will be following objective tests.

Duration : Composite time of 2 Hours
** The above tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
** Total duration of examination is 120 minutes. [20 minutes compensatory time for every 60 minutes (1 hour) of the examination time for candidates with disability eligible for compensatory time.]
Penalty for Wrong Answers :
** There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the online examination. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
** Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of the Online examination and also a minimum total score to be considered for being shortlisted for personal interview.
** Please note that the types of questions in this handout are only illustrative and not exhaustive. In the actual examination you will find questions of a higher difficulty level on some or all of these types and also questions on the types not mentioned here.
