Admit Card Instructions of Examination
1. An Admit Card is an important document and is mandatorily required for entry into the Examination Centre along with Valid Identity proof. Please carry an Admit Card that has a clear print of your uploaded photograph and your signature on the above Declaration, preferably in colour, on the day of examination.
2. Those candidates who have applied for more than one post, the registration ID, Category and D.O.B. reflected in the admit card pertains to the post from which the admit card has been downloaded. However, for all post respective registration No., Category and D.O.B. etc. as per registration slip of respective post will be applicable.
3. If any candidate found trying to appear in examination by providing false information such as false PWBD status to evade fees, false category and qualification criteria will be treated malpractice and use unfair means and suitable action will be taken including cancellation of candidature and other penal action as per rules.
4. Admit card is issued provisionally based on information provided in the application form without any scrutiny of eligibility criteria, category, experience, etc., just to allow to appear in the Examination. Candidature will be cancelled if any discrepancy at any stage, as per published advertisement, notices on the website.
5. The Admit Card must be downloaded from www.aiimsexams.ac.in using your login credentials on My Page using the [https://creaiims.aiimsexams.ac.in/] link through the Recruitment tab. No hard copy will be posted to you.
6. If you have applied for more than one post, there will be a common admit card containing details of the examination scheduled on different dates and times for different posts. All candidates must check the posts applied for and the admit card issued and bring in notice of any discrepancy immediately through My Page.
7. At the best effort, the same examination centre has been allotted for common candidates (candidates applied in more than one post) for all examinations; however, in some cases, they will be in different examination centres but within the same cities.
8. In cases where the examination is scheduled in different examination centres in a city, there will be separate admit cards for each day. Please bring an admit card to the examination centre as per schedule.
9. Print TWO copies of the Admit Card (Full page with all content) for each shift of time, different dates & times of the scheduled examination: One copy is required for the Examination, and the other is to be preserved for the other formalities should you be selected.
10. Please read the notice published on the website aiimsexams.ac.in regarding the details of the scheme of examination. Avoid raising unnecessary queries and questioning processes rather than following the process. It is important to strictly follow the process and scheme of the examination published as per the decision of the competent authority to avoid cancellation of candidature.
11. It is expected that a candidate should not be involved in unfair practices in the interest of the smooth conduct of the examination.
Important Instructions of Candidates
1. The eligible candidates will have to exercise choice and order of preference of AIIMS against an applied post in the portal before downloading the admit card.
2. A candidate must exercise choice and order of preference for all posts before being enabled to download the admit card. For a candidate who has not exercised choice before the closing date or deleted choices and preferences, the candidature will stand cancelled as deemed withdrawn. No further query will be entertained in this regard.
3. The Online portal will allow candidates to make choices of AIIMS as per his/her eligibility. The candidate can arrange the choices in the desired order of preference. The choices can be edited and reordered before the admit card download.
4. Till 18th December 2023, upto 11:30 PM a candidate can edit his/her choice of institutes and order of preferences. However, a candidate who failed to exercise preferences/choices of institutes before download of admit card will be treated not eligible and admit card will not be issued.
5. Kindly note that the choices cannot be edited and reordered after closing date of exercising of Choice. The allocation will be done as per choices made by the candidates and merit obtained in CBT Examination.
6. All the candidates who are allocated seats are mandatorily required to report in-person (for reporting and/or joining), to allocated Institute within 5 days of declaration of result with all original documents including category certificate, NOC etc.
Respective allocated Institute may extend the date and time reporting at the discretion of respective competent authority at the respective allocated Institute. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained at AIIMS, New Delhi.
7. Candidates availing constitutional reservation must show valid proof of their claim for reserved seat at the reporting Institute. In case they do not possess a valid certificate then their claim for the allocated reserved seat will be nullified, and candidature will be treated as void ab initio. No further correspondence for change in category, claim for other seats will be entertained.
8. Candidates availing PWBD horizontal reservation must show valid proof of their claim for allocated reserved seat at the reporting Institute. Confirmation of appointment shall be subject to verification of Disability by Medical Board of respective AIIMS.
In case they do not possess a valid certificate then their claim for the reserved seat allocated will be nullified, and candidature will be treated as void ab initio. No further correspondence for change in category, claim for other seats will be entertained.
9. All disputes pertaining to the conduct of the CRE-AIIMS by AIIMS, New Delhi and Online Seat Allocation / Counselling will be subject to the jurisdiction of High Court of Delhi only.
